The sales team is professional and extremely knowledgeable. Anthony Gardner knows just about everything you could ever want to know about luxury vehicles and made learning about all the different options and features among their various SUV and crossover models easy to understand and compare. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and found exactly what we wanted. The service team here is top-notch, and unlike any I ve ever experienced in the past. We always feel that we re in good hands. They are incredibly competent and efficient and always go above and beyond to provide an excellent experience. Having my Range Rover in for service is never a hassle. Jayme Fox is always attentive and courteous and takes great care of us. Management is also exceptional here, and they make sure you feel good about your experience every time. The General Manager Andy Wise is highly engaged and very responsive, and the Service Manager Stephen Golden is very hands-on and trustworthy. An excellent team!
We just purchased an F Pace from Jaguar Cincinnati, joining the 2011 XK already in our garage. Very pleasant purchasing experience, and the post purchase "Encore Handover" follow-up meeting was both informative and enjoyable. The customer service manager, Tobie, was super!
Great dealership! The staff are very kind and helpful. This don't look down at people because of how they dress or what they drive like some of the other Land Rover dealers in the area. It's worth the hour plus drive there! We get our Land Rover worked on there since they have one of the nicest service department I have seen in a dealership with a small auto museum of old Jags. The pictures are from the off-road course in the back of the dealership. Down side you have to be invited to drive there, but very nice!
I have just recently purchased a new Land Rover from the Cincinnati dealership. From sales, to management to service - I offer only the highest of recommendations. This is my fourth Land Rover vehicle and I have visited various dealerships in locations throughout the country. Without exception, Jaguar Land Rover Cincinnati sets the bar from start to finish. Jeff, Tony and Rich are always extremely professional, and willing to assist with all questions.

Unfortunately, I want to share my recent experience with the Land Rover dealership in Cincinnati, Ohio, and specifically the Service Department. I brought my Range Rover into the Service Department and requested a thorough check up due to the miles I have accumulated. I received a printed sheet of items that were deemed recommended and necessary. The total of all the items was around $9,000.00. I decided to get a second quote from another repair shop (Midas) and took my vehicle there for some of the items they could work on. After leaving the Midas shop an hour later they called and suggested I come look at the vehicle while it was on the rack so they could show me that nothing was wrong with several of the items the LR dealer had written that needed to be repaired. (transfer case and rear differential). I was astonished that this dealership had provided in writing these items needed to be repaired, when clearly they did not. Just to make sure and to get another opinion, I needed a wheel alignment that only LR has the ability to perform, so I took it to the Indianapolis Land Rover dealership. I did not tell them anything about what I had discovered and asked them to perform a thorough inspection of my vehicle. They reported NOTHING wrong with any of the two items the Cincinnati dealership reported as necessary. This now made it quite clear that two independent locations gave these parts a clean bill of health. I called my Cincinnati Service Adviser twice with no response. I then called the Service Manager explained how angry I was about this and he promised to return my call and didn't. Finally I called a gentleman in the Sales Department who was professional and gracious with my time and he responses. He mentioned they were putting new processes in place to make sure it wouldn't happen again. However, let me be clear. I am fully convinced this Land Rover dealership was out to rip me off for repairs I did not need and it most likely has happened to others prior. My hope for writing this review is that I can save some other people from buying and/or getting their Land Rover serviced from this dealership.
The service at Land Rover is amazing - they make it all so easy from start to finish. My service rep, Jayme always lets me know the exact issues and costs associated. The parts manager, Chris, always makes sure he is finding me the best part at the best cost. I leave knowing my auto is fixed and safe after any service appointment.
We had a great experience due to the courteous and accommodating interactions with both business and sales staff (especially Frank Hutson!). The suite of support both before and after purchase makes it really easy to recommend the dealership to others.
Had a good experience with this dealership while buying my car. I worked with Greg Gaver and he was incredibly helpful and personable. However, I have recently started having issues with my vehicle and the customer service and willingness to work with the issue has been very poor. Very disappointed with the service I received since my purchase. I likely will not return to this location!

I just had my Jaguar F pace serviced for the first time. They picked up the vehicle at my home and delivered it back to me cleaner than the day it was purchased. After multiple discussions, I made a serious and reasonable offer on a vehicle. Thet left me hanging for a day and a half before finally calling to say they sold the car. Not a professional operation.

Greg was my salesperson and he was patient, understanding, helpful, and compassionate to my specific and unique needs. Shaun is the Encore Specialist and he came to my home to answer any additional questions and go over settings and functions of my 2020 Evoque. The service department is second to none. Lee is always a pleasure to work with. He keeps you aware of the process and when your vehicle will be completed. When I walk in everyone knows my name, offers me refreshments and gets my car ready. I will definitely buy from Cincy Jaguar Land Rover again.

I am on Jag #2 which I absolutely love, and he has been so patient and worked with me for months until I found the perfect new car.
The service was great. Lee did a great job getting the service work done and getting me a loaner for a meeting I had to make in Columbus. Barney brought me a car and he was great also. I just recently traded in my Mini Countryman (which I really enjoyed around town), since I needed a more comfortable car for my job for driving long distance and the fact that I owned a Jaguar in the past and currently own a Land Rover. I decided it was time to get back to the car that made me happy on long drives and around town.
I stopped in to see Jeff Knollman whom I have talked to a few times in the past. (I wanted to find an XFR used but they never seem to come in) Well he had a nice Certified Used 2013 XF with sport package that well I really enjoyed. I liked it so much that after just a short drive I figured I better take it home with me. We worked out a deal that I was extremely happy with and then I figured I better let my wife know my plans... :) so I drove the car home while they checked out my trade in. My wife liked it, she was just happy I didn't buy a car with no warranty. (I was looking at a slightly used car with no warranty and she didn't approve) I have to say working with Jeff was a real pleasure, everyone at the dealership was very pleasant and helpful. Already one week into ownership and I can say that there are no complaints with the dealership at all or with the car. Rides and handles extremely well, even though I have almost twice the horsepower that my Mini had, as long as I don't push it hard I have averaged about the same fuel economy. Not bad in my book.

I was extremely impressed with Jaguar Land Rover Cincinnati. My sales guide was Ali Clarke. I would like to express how easy she made the whole process of trading in my car and purchasing my new vehicle. Ali was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get me in the vehicle I wanted. I never felt any pressure from Ali or anyone else at this dealership which was very refreshing. Everyone I came into contact with from the receptionist to the service dept were extremely genuine and appeared to be like a big family. Happy employees speak volumes about the culture of a business and I give Land Rover an A Plus. Ali was fantastic!
I have been extremely pleased with every aspect of this dealership. The sales staff continue to be helpful even after the sale. The service department schedules appointments promptly, communicates updates about your vehicle while in service and willingly solves any issues you have. All and all, the business parallels the type of vehicles they sell . . . .class and quality.

This was my first experience at Land Rover. It was probably one of the best car shopping/buying experiences I have had. The dealership is beautiful and pristine. My sales guide, Jeff Knollman was easy to work with, always friendly and professional but still fun. Dave Hildebrandt, general sales manager was great as well. Can't say that signing papers for a car has ever been so entertaining! I will definitely return to Land Rover for my next car!

Disappointed on an add on that was sold to me...eight months later when I m looking to use the service it does not actually include the things that I was promised and had actual pamphlet writing of the sales person.
Worked with Greg Gaver for the 2nd time. This time around, was not exactly sure what we wanted. Greg was very helpful in the showroom, was responsive with requested quotes, and worked with us on the price to stay within our budget. Overall, have experienced nothing but great service and responsiveness from Greg and team!

I have a 10 year old convertible and a 17 XJR. The two cars have very different needs and demands but it all gets completed here at Jaguar of Cincinnati!
I saw a car online that I wanted to look at. I made an appointment and when I got to the dealership the car was parked out front, very clean. Jeff showed me some of the features and I took it out for a drive. The show room is very clean. Masks and social distancing required. I bought the car and the whole process was seamless. Jeff went through virtually every feature of the car which is amazing. My Discovery Sport was delivered to my home the next business day! Service was top notch and Lee Cromer (my service advisor) took exceptional care of me. My loaner car was available the moment I walked in and the delivery of my vehicle was right on time.
I was trying to by a used Mustang from them via the internet. Was told the lowest they would go was $28,875 on 11/25, and today, 12/4 I see on their website they have it advertised for $28,560. If they would have been honest with me on what was the lowest they would take, it most likely would already be in my garage.

Removing my 5 star rating as I have found out my wife was tricked into a year extending warranty on a CPO FORM.
We expected the warranty advertised on the advertising that brought us in from 3 hrs away to purchase this CPO. Which is 7 years or 100k. We were sold a year extension to factory only. But still billed the advertised purchase price with 7 year certified.
When we are introduced to the bill after they decided we had no warranty left on our vehicle. They double billed me for work.
Oh and the vehicle was inspected for CPO but we have proof vehicle was in a collision. Also one of the tail lights were the wrong year. Seriously? Says bundles about their inspection efforts.
Recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and the process with Greg Gaver could not have been easier or more pleasant. I was able to test drive the car exactly when I wanted, and Greg stayed in contact following the visit until we were able to come to terms on price. When I arrived to complete the purchase, all the paperwork was completed minus my signature so I was in and out in less than 30 minutes!! Greg even helped me set-up the Bluetooth on the car before I left. Definitely the most pleasant buying experience I have had!
