There are two people that I feel went above and beyond to assist me, Greg Gaver, and Shaun Clake. Greg was my salesperson and he was patient, understanding, helpful, and compassionate to my specific and unique needs. Shaun is the Encore Specialist and he came to my home to answer any additional questions and go over settings and functions of my 2020 Evoque.
