My husband and I had a great experience with JLR Cincy. Our sales guide Jim Rutter was absolutely wonderful to work with and made our experience very enjoyable. I was in an unexpected situation with my old car and needed time to figure out what the best option for us was. Jim was very patient and helped us every step of the way. He took the time to email and txt us to check in but wasn t overwhelming. I intend to always come back to JLR Cincy anytime we need a new car!
