EDIT Be awhere taking stars off because i was on the $49.99 plan when i first signed up a year ago before i switched to fiber i thought would be just even switch over and nothing was changing, i was told the blast was included in the price got bill few days ago and bill now is $59.98 so yea its included but you are paying for it $9.99 so my plan was upgraded to a new plan and the router was not included in my orginal plan.And that is very expensive for a router monthly should be more like $5.99 be easier pill to swallow and would not mind it as much again not one time i was told just disappointed in the way that was handled.Other then that service has been good.

Fiber installer came out did a great job installing was fast and very polite made sure everything was working before he left

Faster speed than satellite internet for the same price! No contracts either! People are friendly and easy to work with.

The people here are AWESOME. They set the standard for excellent customer service, and are a delight to work with.

I live in Denver now, and can tell you that fiber companies up here don t even come close to the customer experience and service that Jade provides.

The internet service is ok, but it goes in and out a lot. Customer service is not great. They can be pretty rude and unhelpful. My experience is similar to other people I ve talked to who have Jade. When you call with a problem, they deny there is even a problem.

Praise Jesus for Jade! We have fiber optic in the sticks. Can't believe Centurylink couldn't manage to get it to our house after 16 years but little company out of Alamosa did it! Thanks so much Josh! Can't wait to get home and give it a whirl!!!!!!

Reliable with great customer service! Also has an easily navigable website that is user friendly.

Thank you so much Crystal for helping me with my internet. My internet was so sporadic today, and I wasn't able to do a needed zoom call. Crystal helped me by replacing some of my equipment and upgrading my service. This really helped, especially in light of the quarantine. Crystal and Josh stayed with me until everything was up and running with a green light. Thank you!!

I am new in the area, and I am very pleased with this company's professionalism and realistic expectations for their delivery of service. Harley called 2 days after installment to ask how my experience was with the wifi service --Love this retention of Customers method! I told Harley that my laptop wasn't picking up the wifi, but I thought it was device error because this is an older model laptop. Immediately, Harley asked if I was home she'd be happy to troubleshoot the problem from her office. She did, and within a couple minutes my Laptop was on the internet.

Couple things that stand out to me about Jade Communications:
1. Friendly Service with Setup and Follow up call.
2. The team at Jade WANT to be there, they enjoy their job and because they enjoy what they do, they want to make my experience easy.
3. Considerably fast Setup time.

We were notified that a new update was available. 3 Jade employees came out, checked our router was told it was ( too old) and we were 2 miles out of range for the new system... Joshua promised to send another trusted employee to fix our slow internet. Made a appointment for today Monday July 31, waited all day , no one showed up. Husband got a call at the end of the day and was told , we decided your box is fine and so we cancelled the appointment.... Wow !!! Crappy customer service!! Disappointed in Jade !!!! Boo hiss!!

Jade Communications has excellent WiFi and amazing customer service. You can tell the employees really care about their customers and make an incredible effort to stay one step ahead in order to provide the best experience. They deliver what they promise - powerful, simple, and dependable internet service. It is also a huge plus that they are local so you get great support at all times!

I am all about the community and supporting our local businesses which is the reason why I called Jade first. Right off the bat I felt disrespected. I submitted an application and a few minutes later I got an e-mail saying that someone would be in contact with me, so I waited and nothing, so I gave it a few days and still nothing, so I ended up calling them instead. Then they said someone would be here on the first to get me installed, nobody ever came, no phone call or nothing. So today they show up and try to install a satellite on my garage but say they are unable to install it because of a tree, I have a detached garage about 100 ft away from my house, why would this person try to install it on my garage and not my house. This is not customer service. I was willing to pay top dollar for your service especially during Covid. I make 100k a year and yes I do live in on the southside of Alamosa, only because I want to fix up my own house. I am on several boards in the community and I will share my bad experience with everyone in the community.

I was working remotely down in Alamosa for three weeks and used Jade. Can say that I was really impressed with the speed and overall quality. With Covid it has been difficult to have good internet with all of my online meetings and instead of being worried, I knew I could rely on Jade's internet. When ever I am in the San Luis Valley, I will be using Jade.

We had CenturyLink for 4 years. GoJade hooked up our internet and it is 100 times better. Staff was professional and knowledgeable. They were very easy to contact and accommodating to our needs. We are completely satisfied with our internet.

Jade is a great Internet and TV company that has been around forever in Alamosa. Over the years they've increases my speeds and even decreased the cost on my bills which is unheard of for any business in this industry. Support has always been great and they send techs out for free antenna upgrades whenever the system is updated. I live way out in the sticks and get a fairly consistent 40-50mb per second speed on speed test. Highly recommended.

Speed and latency of their wireless solution was way better than i expected. I am able to work from home using Jade. Thanks

The service that has been provided not only today but also whenever I have had router /internet issues has been 5 star! The techs and the entire office staff is very patient and super helpful!

Thank you to all your staff, from laying the main line, to the line to the house, to the modem and Great help from Jordon, but the biggest suprise is the speed, I'm going to be spoiled, no buffering!!

Crystal has GREAT customer service! She set us up for service and we have had it for a bit now. We live about 5 miles from town and it has worked perfectly so far! No outages! No pauses! No skips! Sons playing his PS4 like he s the fastest guy around!

My family pays high premiums for "high speed connection", so why is it that my family is not able to stream movies from netflix, iTunes, google Play, Hulu? Why is it that anytime I want to watch anything online I have to say "it probably won't work because the internet is extremely slow". Probably the biggest questions is why haven't we switched? Because there are no other internet providers in this town - except you, and knowing this you gouge the people of this town with your crappy service. Every weekend I look for other internet providers hoping that we can get out of your clutches. I hope that day come soon so I can ditch you. Or maybe, just maybe you can provide your customers with something worth while.

Harley was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. Use to have CenturyLink and am so much happier with Jade.

I have lived in metropolitan areas (Washington, DC, Alexandria, VA, Rockville, MD, Highlands Ranch, CO) all my life and have dealt with the likes of TIVO, Comcast, AT&T, Verizon, etc. Now that I am retired, I live in a small town outside of Alamosa, CO, and have Jade Communications.

Before moving to my current home, I did my research and found that Jade is the only WiFi company that will be able to meet our needs. When I contacted Jade before our move, my first contact was with Allison. She explained the different internet speeds that would work with our security system. After I made a decision to go with Jade, I then worked very closely with Mel Haddican. She ensured that we always got the quality WiFi service I expected. A few tweaks were made and VOILA, we have superior WiFi service.

Jade s customer service (CS) is incomparable to the CS of the bigwigs. When I had technical issues, I sent an email to Mel in the evening, then as soon as she came in the next day, she always responded immediately with a resolution or explanation. When a phone call was necessary, Mel did not hesitate to call. They are a local company with local people who will help you with your technical or billing issues.

Today, Mel replaced a previous WiFi tower in my home. When I had a difficult time connecting, I called Jade and spoke to Melissa. She walked me through connecting the right wires, then, as soon as I was connected, she helped set up my account. I just love the personal service I get from Jade, whomever I talk to.

I am very happy with the WiFi and CS of Jade Communications. Thank you and keep up the good work!

For the past 3 years, I've been working for a telecommunications company, so I know what good, reliable, and fast internet is all about and what it takes to run a network. Jade Communications has been extraordinary as an Internet Service Provider since day 1. Nowadays with the Global COVID-19 Pandemic, my situation requires that I work from home. As such, I cannot afford outages, unreliability, or slow speeds. Working with Jade has been the best residential internet experience that I've ever had, hands down. Fast speeds, amazing customer service (quick to reply, puts the customer first), great reliability (never experienced an outage), and overall great features from their mobile app. Jade Communications, TWO THUMBS UP!!!

I very much appreciated the quick response by Ranon Brown. She helped me troubleshoot a problem I had establishing WiFi on a laptop form work. She also reviewed the steps we went through just in case I need to redo it. I have been a customer of Jade for almost 20 years. The service is excellent. I appreciate the personal touch.

Slow at best. Pay for highspeed and get turtle status when not out of service. Always having issues when working. So sorry is all they can say. Instead of, let's drop your bill because we didn't give you the service you paid for.

Although I did not hear back right away after filling out my application, once I called them they dealt with scheduling quickly and professionally.

I have been using Jade for a couple of years and always had great experiences. I was recently working with Allison on accounting matters and she informed me that there was a new plan with better service and lower rates. We are very pleased with multi-user Jade Premium very high quality internet WiFi service and telephone for broad bandwidth, excellent security, and voice customer service for a spectrum of multiple devices connected simultaneously for streaming television, ZOOM sessions, meetings, phone calls and connectivity with the Cloud.

Jordan helped me today as I was having trouble figuring out how to retrieve my Voicemails. He was a huge help and patiently took me through the steps I needed. Yea Jordan.

Jade has been great from the very beginning. They showed up when they said they would, they completed the installation quickly and cleanly, and they have been on top of their customer service game. The quality and speed of our internet had increased while our bill has decreased. We have had less outages than when we had Spectrum and when there was an outage, it was restored within an hour. Jade is a family-owned company and when you choose them as your provider, you become a part of the Jade family.

Josh and Jordan personally delivered our router and set the system up within minutes. They tested the speed and we were ready to go online immediately at faster speeds than advertised. We are very happy

I traveled to Alamosa to visit family but of course I had to work as well! I was able to leverage Jade Communications internet services and the experience was seamless. Frictionless. How I wish Jade operated in Texas. We could sure use a company like jade that is focused on the customer experience! Wow.

We are so very excited to have fiber in our area in Conejos Canyon, a place we NEVER thought we would enjoy truly high speed internet. We just got our internet hooked up yesterday and it is amazingly fast. I called today to learn how we will be billed and about television options and was helped by a delightful lady named Denise Atencio. See walked us through everything and was so helpful and friendly. We also mentioned that we would love the phone service but were concerned about power outages (we have no cell service in our area, so rely on our home phone). Minutes after our chat with Denise, we received a call from Josh Wehe who explained that we would have a battery backup that will take over in a power outage. He thoroughly explained the process and that it would only cost $25 per month + free & unliminit long distance in the continental US! What!!! We will save 50% on basic service and have free long distance!?!? See ya, CenturyLink! We are loving Jade and to top it off received the best service from Denise and Josh. Thank you both!!! :)

This company provides excellent customer service, reliable internet, and they are NICE! The fiber optic internet is affordable, and consistently available in all weather. Best internet connection we have ever had, and we recommend Jade to everyone.

You pay for "high speed" internet when really you pay for the struggle to simply load a webpage. if you play video games on Xbox, PlayStation, or just PC you will struggle to connect every time it never fails. if you have the option for century link then definitely choose it. Jade Communications is a waste of money and time. And don't even try to watch Netflix you would have to start a movie and find something else to do for an hour or to for you show or movie to buffer.

Internet options here are usually slow, expensive, and unreliable. I ve had jade for a couple years and I doubt I will ever switch. Just about the only reliable service of any kind around here.

Crystal was so great in addressing my concerns. She introduced me to their new app and took a good bit of time helping me get it set up to manage my family's many devices and screen time .She was very friendly and happy to help! I wish more businesses were like this!

We had inconsistent service in the past, but Jade has made significant improvements on their towers which has definitely improved our internet speeds. My router want out on a Friday night and a technician had it replaced at my home by 9:30 am Monday morning. Right now my speeds are great.

Jade internet has been the best that I have found in the Valley. Crystal is the only person that I like to talk to. She seems to actually want to help. If you have any problems ask for her.

I spoke with a gentleman named Jordan and from the time the call started until the end of the call I was smiling and laughing! Not what I expected at all! He was extremely friendly and helpful and the entire phone call was enjoyable. He portrayed the company very well and made me excited to be having service through them and was very thorough in his work. He explained things that I didn't even think to ask and made sure I knew all of the fine print that most companies keep hidden. If you are needing service I HIGHLY recommend Jade and even more so I HIGHLY recommend talking with him you won't be disappointed!
