We were notified that a new update was available. 3 Jade employees came out, checked our router was told it was ( too old) and we were 2 miles out of range for the new system... Joshua promised to send another trusted employee to fix our slow internet. Made a appointment for today Monday July 31, waited all day , no one showed up. Husband got a call at the end of the day and was told , we decided your box is fine and so we cancelled the appointment.... Wow !!! Crappy customer service!! Disappointed in Jade !!!! Boo hiss!!
