She was very patient, listened to my concerns and made sure my budget and wish list were paramount and ended up getting me a good deal on a property I love. Where to start? Overall, I am so LUCKY to have come across this team (Kathryn Stelljes & Kayla Boundy) after searching for a new realtor. I have to say lucky because I came from a Terrible experience from a past (local) realtor (from EXP Realty) who manipulated me because the lack of knowledge had when I was first buying property and then two years later to when I was selling (needless to say I gave that lady the boot). I mention this because it is SO VERY important to have good qualities in a realtor; honesty, patience, communication, and empathy. Buying or selling is an emotional transaction and you want to make sure you have the right people on your side. Kathryn and Kayla were all of that and more!
When I had concerns (though not many), they were addressed. I found myself feeling so at ease because I was always kept informed. I was blown away by how up to date they were on everything... even to the technology/resources they use (it was always running in the background so I never felt overwhelmed). What REALLY impressed me was when Kathryn took time out of her busy schedule to meet with the buyers' lender appraiser. Just wow. This really helped with my sale at more than asking. DO NOT LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE.

Extremely disappointed in service. Money hungry not to mention they have a beat around the bush excuse for everything. Their agents will lie to you and management will laugh at you telling you it is how we do things here.
In 2009 Kathryn helped my husband and I find our first home. At that time we were both eager and hesitant but we knew the timing was right. Being in our mid 20's we really wanted to stay close to downtown and surrounding areas, Kathryn asked us a few questions about what we wanted and didn't want in a home and within in a few days we were out and about house hunting. Right away it was obvious that Kathryn really understood what we were looking for and she found us the perfect first home! Fast forward a few years and our family was growing so it was time for a bigger house! We didn't want to move too far from downtown Orlando and again Kathryn just asked a few questions and the process began! Not only did she get our first home under contract within just a few days of it being listed she also found us our new home just as quickly! For all transactions she was extremely professional, organized and very knowledgeable of all areas we were interested in, she really put us at ease during this entire process of buying and selling a home.
Kathryn and Merigan make a great team! My husband and I really like the buyer agent/sellers agent approach. Kathryn has a great marketing plan! If you follow her steps, you will sell your house quickly and for a great price! The entire team went above and beyond our expectations. We would absolutely recommend them and use them again!

Had the worst experience with these crooks! Signed a lease with them back in February 2019. Never again, the were extremely rude about even the application process but I was in need of a place for my son and I and the price was right. They tried charging me for every repair even when some were obviously pre-existing. The ac needed to be replaced and never happened. Lied about a gated community even though the place never fixed the gate and all the amenities were not kept up (so bad they had health code violations). They said not their problem... Then after they sent a notice saying not renewing my lease they were trying to charge me for every small thing. BE VERY CAUTIOUS WITH THIS COMPANY. I wanted to work with them so it wouldn t reflect bad on me and they wouldn t do it after basically throwing my son and I out right after I got out of the hospital and Christmas. On top of that for home buyers... I worked for the warranty company they use and left shortly after being hired from said company because they would scam people, wasn t morally right. I lived at the same home for 4 years with no problems then use this company and there was nothing but problems. Take your money elsewhere. Plenty of great quality real estate/property management companies in the area. Also, please keep in mind this is months after my lease has been up. Its the Drawdy Group. Definitely not the only one who feels this way.

He is was patient and upbeat the whole time and always available when I needed him. He took us to many different neighborhoods. I would recommend them to anyone looking to live in the Winter Park area. All around an exceptional experience.

After getting frustrated with no call backs from realtors referred to us, I took matters into my own hands and did some research of my own. I found Kathryn by chance because she was featured on the Mills 50 Newsletter because of her recognition by the Orlando Realtor Association. For being so young, her credentials were impressive and I decided I would schedule an appointment for my husband and I to meet with her to see if she was someone who we would click with .
Kathryn impressed us with her attention to detail. She had us both fill out a very lengthy questionnaire which would help her in curating a list of homes that fit our criteria. It took us a night to think about it but we immediately let her know we wanted her to represent us.
Our search did not go without some issues. Kathryn is very matter of fact, analyzes the situation put in front of her and is a great negotiator on behalf of her clients. She will present the facts to you and leave it to you to let her know how to proceed. Overall, she puts her clients best interests ahead first and foremost. We appreciated this since the home buying process was so overwhelming for both of us.
Also, Kathryn was a great resource for home inspectors who were honest and, in one case, saved us money!
We would highly recommend Kathryn and her team for your home buying and selling needs. Kathryn works hard and , yes, even on weekends. If you want someone who has your best interests at heart and will actively communicate with you and for you she is your gal!

Kathryn is a true professional. She knows real estate inside and out, is efficient, organized and just a pleasure to work with. I've now purchased a short sale house (a four-month process) and sold a condo (that took six hours for an offer!) with Kathryn, and both times she was persistent at pushing along the process. She always keeps you updated on the progress, and now she even has a fabulous website that tells you the timeline for exactly what tactics her team will be completing for six months. We met Merigan at an open house. After meeting several realtors at open houses, Merigan was the only one who was attentive and focused on what we were saying. We contacted her a few days later to setup a meeting to discuss what we were looking for. During the meeting we knew we made the right decision in enlisting Merigan in our journey to find our home. We had an idea of what neighborhood we wanted to call home, but not being from the area, it was hard to narrow down our search. Merigan helped us in figuring out what we really wanted in a neighborhood. She didn t waste anytime and started sending us homes she found that met our criteria.
