I spoke with a gentleman named Jordan and from the time the call started until the end of the call I was smiling and laughing! Not what I expected at all! He was extremely friendly and helpful and the entire phone call was enjoyable. He portrayed the company very well and made me excited to be having service through them and was very thorough in his work. He explained things that I didn't even think to ask and made sure I knew all of the fine print that most companies keep hidden.
