Measured or cut the sink wrong. took no responsibility. They it was my fault for not having sink on site when the tech came to measure which is not true, the sink was on site. They have a policy that you have to pay $250 to reschedule if everything is not there to measure so that is also nonsense. They handed the issue back to Home Depot even tho it’s their fault. Didn’t bother calling me, or apologize. I know have a delay in my renovation project which is costing me significant amount of money. They have been avoiding me. They also charged way more than it should have been. Don’t use them.

My granite countertops have faded in some areas. Tyler was sent pictures and wants $400 for first hour and $100 every hour after that to come look at countertops. He was sent pictures so i asked what was going to be done for $400 during that first hour and he has not responded

PLEASE STAY AWAY!! We hired this company to do a small counter top and backsplash. We chose an expensive quartz. They came to measure. However, when it came time to install. COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!! The installer got off the truck smoking a cigarette, threw it in my lawn. Then kept telling me how when they were done they needed a tip. I don't have any problems giving tip for quality work. However, the story gets better. He kept bantering with his assistant about how long they had both been in jail and sharing stories. Extremely unprofessional and made me feel super uncomfortable. I have a wife and young daughter. Furthermore, the factory sent a super small piece the sink piece cut in two. The spliced it. I never was told there was going to be a splice. Worse part is the veins in the splice don't match. Poor craftmanship to say the least. The splice has a raised lip and looks horrendous. To make matters worse he decided to cut on my new deck and didn't even use soap and water to clean it. I told him that i didn't accept the quality of work and would not sign his work order. After they left i decided to pick up and noticed they had thrown their garbage in my trash can. If you wish to have a terrible experience use them. I have reached out to management and nothing has been done. I have waited enough time to see what they plan to do. Not a single person has contacted me. I just reached out to my attorney to get my money back. THE KITCHEN IS SO SO SMALL THEY PUT A SPLICE IN THE SINK THEY DID THIS TO SAVE MONEY BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T WANT TO USE ANOTHER PIECE OF SLAB. THEY CHARGED 5900.00 FOR THIS SMALL KITCHEN!! DON'T USE RUN RUN RUN

Jackson Stoneworks is a great place to buy granite, but also a great place to work! I ve been in the marketing internship program for about four months now and I ve grown tremendously. I ve had the opportunity to connect and build relationships in the Gainesville community that would have otherwise been impossible without Jackson Stoneworks. I get to help write our weekly e-newsletter and write blog posts about local charities making incredible impact. I ve learned how to write social media content, give website suggestions, master Constant Contact and Infusion Soft. If you re looking for an internship that will push you to find results, this is for you.

Please people heed the bad reviews. They are true!! From the start of our project my wife and I had nothing but issues from being talked down to by the owners, schedule changing without notice and not knowing who I was going to talk to because the staff turnover was unreal. I took the day off for my install scheduled @ 9am, I called at 10 because no one showed up. Come to find out my install date changed to the following week without notice! (I called the night before to confirm my install!!) So I had to take more time off work to be there for the next week. Then during install I find out one of my tops was templated/cut wrong and had to be redone but Jackson didn't have more stone and it wouldn't be done until the following week. Jackson Stoneworks also charged my credit card without authorization before the job was finished and for an amount more than my contract. I'm deeply disappointed as almost everyone told me to stay clear of Jackson Stoneworks but I went against what friends, family and the Facebook page (Jackson Stoneworks ripped us off) said and I learned a costly lesson. Don't let them fool you with their fancy laser template and precision cutting talk. Use a DIFFERENT granite company!!

We absolutely love our new granite countertops! We recently purchased a new home and updated the countertops for the bathrooms as well as the kitchen. Despite some surprises that were discovered during the demo of the old countertop, everything was completed in time for our move in.

Everyone we interacted with from the moment we walked into the showroom to the installers was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with Jackson Stoneworks - I highly recommend them!

It's rare to see such beautiful and precise edges. I can tell these stone slabs were machine cut and polished. Beautiful!

Jason from quality control was great! We love our granite and believe in supporting local business. I couldn t be happier. And to top it off they gifted us a signature lazy susan out of the granite we picked and also gifted us a free week of chef ami meals delivered to our door. That s quite the touch Jackson Stone, we are so happy with your work and generous gifts of appreciation. My kitchen and bathrooms look AMAZING!!! Thank you!

Very pleased from start to finish of this project. From the initial meeting with Tyler to the actual installation. Communication throughout the process was terrific and the attention to detail during installation was much appreciated. I couldn't be happier with the experience.

I have used Jackson Stoneworks to do 3 bathroom countertops , 1 outside Barbecue grill , and a kitchen ,with cabinets and countertops. Their work is superior to other companies . Very professional employees , high tech laser layout , and a computer program showing the job with different materials . A neighbor used a different company ,which I advised against , the sink was glued only . This will probably fall out in a few years or sooner . They left before connecting drain , it did not line up because of the way the countertop was made . I will be using Jackson Stoneworks in the coming year .They make sure the job is complete and to the customers satisfaction . Thank you

It is such a great experience to visit Jackson Stoneworks and actually see the big blocks of granite and stone. When you make your choice you know exactly what you are getting. You can do it all there because they have a great design department also. At Jackson Stoneworks you are dealing with a local Gainesville company that gives back to the local community.

Jackson Stoneworks was very professional and accommodating. They worked with us to have our counters installed during a very difficult time. They were flexible about doing all phases with no face to face interaction and did an excellent job.

I have seem the company grow with both the quality of the people employed and technology used. Nothing comes close to the lazer pin point accurate templates, the Fusion CNC, and the Titan 2800 automated finisher used together.
Local builders have used them for many years in both residential and commercial installations.They take great pride in thier work and in the finished product.
The stone yard is full of the most beautiful stone. Inside more stone and a one stop shop showroom. Cabinetts, flooring, tile, glass enclosures, fixtures for kitchen and bathrooms.

A very fascinating and educational process to acquire new quartz kitchen counter tops and granite bathroom counter tops at Jackson StoneWorks. Sales department (Constance managed this for us) did an excellent job. Toured my daughter and I through the facility and explained materials and processes. Just between us...it's not cheap to get superb quality. But, the end result is worth every penny. The order was placed. The materials were chosen from stock. After the cabinets were installed a tech came to the home and did the final measurements including what faucets were to be used (model numbers are gathered to ensure the cutting process is exact for the faucets chosen). A date is then provided by the scheduler. We shifted a little due to Jackson heavy work schedule. Only a few days. Two guys showed up at the appointed date/time. Very efficient and thorough with the finishing touches to the install. Cleanup was completed and we were impressed, very impressed. Kitchen and bathrooms countertops were installed in one afternoon. I requested one follow-up visit after plumber completed most of his work. A hole cut for an instant hot water dispenser was undersized by 1/8". Resolved in about 5 minutes the day after my request. Great customer service means a lot to me. Would I recommend them? Absolutely !!! And trust me Jackson StoneWorks did NOT pay me to create this review. Fine job start to finish.

Stay far far away. This company has been advertising discontinued granite slabs on Gainesville craigslist for a long time. They claim to offer "a unique opportunity for property owners to purchase direct from our factory at surplus prices to upgrade their properties with granite counter tops." Bite at this at your own risk. I am just sharing my recent experience with them this July, 2016. I did purchase 2 of their "discontinued" granite slabs which were described before purchase as such an amazing opportunity. The owner of the company offered voluntarily to "throw in" a small remnant needed to complete the countertop project which my husband and I planned to installed diy. Well when all was cut and polished - at full retail prices by the way, which added almost twice as much money as the cost of the slabs themselves - we ended up with that remnant all right. It just didn't match the rest of the granite. Not even close. With my usual presumption of good will, I took the mismatched pieces down to the company on Saturday - the owner's son was not pleased. He came right out and verbally berated and belittled me because I had the audacity to complain about a "free" remnant - so what if it matched or not. Basically he tried to paint me as a cheap, poor insignificant customer. He went on to state that I had purchased "seconds" so what did I expect? He turned me over to his dad the owner of the company to whom I complained about poor customer service. The owner stated that I had just insulted them and we were done here. I now have a mismatched, disgusting looking countertop that cost a not insignificant price to me. I wonder how much you have to pay at this company to be treated with basic human respect and dignity.

I have work with Jackson stone works on many projects. The materials and workmanship have always been over and above what was expected. Great job guys. I will recommend to others. Thanks.

In any home renovation job, you expect some substantial pain. I was pleasantly surprised to not experience that with Jackson Stoneworks. Their installation team was quick and competent. They managed with professionalism those little unexpected things that came up. They accommodated my 70 yr old cabinets and walls and made everything look right. Thanks.

Derek and the crew at Jackson Stonework really went above and beyond in helping get our summer kitchen done in a timely and professional manner. Communication was easy with this group too, We're very excited with the outcome and look forward to many years of enjoyment.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Complete bait and switch. I spoke with their sales team multiple times, asking if the price per square foot I was quoted for the quartz I was wanting for an investment property was turnkey fabrication and install the female sales person said multiple times yes, it covers everything. I confirmed there are no other costs. She said no unless I were to want an elaborate edge or something. Spent a few days working with them and went out to their store to view pieces and finalize decision. Then they suddenly want 25% more than their original quote with no changes. Turns out the price for fabrication and install is $1000 more if you want to actually have them cut a hole for the range or sink, along with delivery (10 minutes from their office) which is apparently different from install. $1000 in fees that are not included until the last possible moment. Good luck making it in the recession, Jackson Stoneworks.

I had a very bad experience with Jackson Stoneworks. They quoted me a price, took my deposit and kept it well over a month. I had to keep pushing them to secure the granite and move forward. Then they refused to honor the price that they quoted me. While they admitted that they had made a mistake on the original quote, they refused to compromise. Never had this happen before. And the owner was quite rude. He insisted that the much higher price he was now asking me to pay was still a great deal. So I got my deposit back, and looked around for an alternative, eventually choosing A1 Stoneworld out of Green Cove. For the same granite slabs that Jackson Stoneworks was going to use, A1 Stoneworld gave me a better price. And they did an superb job. It looks beautiful! I like to stay local whenever possible. But in my opinion, Jackson Stoneworks does not deserve your business.

Working with Constance in incredibly efficient. Great selection and pricing. Huge production facility. Combined with Interlachen Cabinets and a have a home run team!

This has been one of the worst experiences that I have had. We made contact with a salesperson to get a quote. He cancelled his appointment with us and had us send a photo of our job. He gave a price of $900 and sent an installer out to do the job. The installer said that job wasn't what he was told by the salesperson. He took my countertops with him. The salesperson called and said the job would double in price do to extra work. No problem. Then calls back and advises we would be happier with new countertops for just $3600. Shocked by everything I decide to cancel my business dealings with him . After declining to refund all of my money we expressed disappointment with each other and ended our call. I found out that the salesperson was not qualified to give quotes on such a job and that the installer would be more familiar with a task of such. With a follow up call the next day, reminding the owner that his salesperson was the one who failed to make his original appointment with us, we made arrangements to pick up our tops and a total refund the following day. Happy to be disassociated with the company and dealing with professionals now.

I'm so thrilled to recommend Jackson Stoneworks! I worked with Constance and Dianne, both of whom were professional and helpful. Communication was great and the entire process of choosing my quartz, scheduling appointments and installation was super smooth. I highly recommend going with Jackson for any installation--you'll be very happy you did!!!

Complete lies on there pricing. Try and double charge for granite and slabs. Don't trust waste of space.

Jackson stoneworks supplied and installed the granite for my kitchen and three bathrooms and they did a great job. Tyler is very responsive to any issues and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. If you are looking for granite in Gainesville this is the place to go.

We feel very fortunate to have been referred by our builder to Jackson Stoneworks for our kitchen remodeling project. The staff at Jackson Stoneworks was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process of selecting and installing quality granite countertops that really added value to our home. The scheduling and installation work performed was both non-intrusive and transparent for the most part. All work was completed on time as promised. We'd like to thank Gordon Weidler for his attentiveness in ensuring the project was completed as promised and his willingness to work closely with his clients.

My mom saved all the money she could to buy her countertops. After receiving the countertops and getting them home she noticed that one of the smaller pieces was the wrong shade of granite. When she attempted to return the piece for the matching shade she was turned away. Both the father and son who own the business turned her away. Not only did they turn her away but they belittled her. They called her cheap and kicked her out of the store. Her treatment was completely uncalled for and extremely rude. I suppose we live in a world where people are to receive money (an agreed upon price) and not fulfill the service they are paid for. I'm not sure who taught Tyler or Jack good business practice or common decency but I would have never treated a woman like that. How do I remove this one star that google has forced me to give them?
