If I could leave zero stars I would. Complete bait and switch. I spoke with their sales team multiple times, asking if the price per square foot I was quoted for the quartz I was wanting for an investment property was turnkey fabrication and install the female sales person said multiple times yes, it covers everything. I confirmed there are no other costs. She said no unless I were to want an elaborate edge or something. Spent a few days working with them and went out to their store to view pieces and finalize decision. Then they suddenly want 25% more than their original quote with no changes. Turns out the price for fabrication and install is $1000 more if you want to actually have them cut a hole for the range or sink, along with delivery (10 minutes from their office) which is apparently different from install. $1000 in fees that are not included until the last possible moment.
