Please people heed the bad reviews. They are true!! From the start of our project my wife and I had nothing but issues from being talked down to by the owners, schedule changing without notice and not knowing who I was going to talk to because the staff turnover was unreal. I took the day off for my install scheduled @ 9am, I called at 10 because no one showed up. Come to find out my install date changed to the following week without notice! (I called the night before to confirm my install!!) So I had to take more time off work to be there for the next week. Then during install I find out one of my tops was templated/cut wrong and had to be redone but Jackson didn't have more stone and it wouldn't be done until the following week. Jackson Stoneworks also charged my credit card without authorization before the job was finished and for an amount more than my contract. I'm deeply disappointed as almost everyone told me to stay clear of Jackson Stoneworks but I went against what friends, family and the Facebook page (Jackson Stoneworks ripped us off) said and I learned a costly lesson. Don't let them fool you with their fancy laser template and precision cutting talk. Use a DIFFERENT granite company!!
