Measured or cut the sink wrong. took no responsibility. They it was my fault for not having sink on site when the tech came to measure which is not true, the sink was on site. They have a policy that you have to pay $250 to reschedule if everything is not there to measure so that is also nonsense. They handed the issue back to Home Depot even tho it’s their fault. Didn’t bother calling me, or apologize. I know have a delay in my renovation project which is costing me significant amount of money. They have been avoiding me. They also charged way more than it should have been. Don’t use them.
