I got my first tattoo at the Ink Factory and never looked back!

When I began my quest to find the right shop to do my first tattoo I had a rather disappointing encounter in another well known tattoo shop in Dublin. The image I wanted was extremely personal to me so I was feeling pretty defeated. After deciding what's the harm in trying another place - the Ink Factory - my mood was completely turned around. Babs was on reception that day and after we spoke about which artist was best suited for what I was looking for I walked out feeling elated! The first thing I said was, "THAT... is customer service". A completely different experience to the previous shop I tried. Such understanding and compassion shown.
This is the same level of service I have received each and every time I returned for another tattoo from every member of staff I have dealt with, wether that's front of house in person / online or the artists. The people who work here are an absolute credit to the Ink Factory's name <3
I have gotten tattooed by Niamh, Kate and Iain who are all amazing artists and plan to get many more!
I also think it's great the amount of charity events that are organised - such amazing causes helped every year!
