I got a double helix piercing here. The whole process was really painless, and 4 weeks later I haven't had any issues. Very friendly staff, would really recommend it for piercing.

I got a tattoo by the artist Niamh Gannon yesterday. I was extremely happy with the communication between us, she was so amazing and came up with such a great design idea really listened to my needs. I honestly couldn't of been happier, I was made feel very comfortable, the shop was very clean and all the other staff pottering about were very friendly good vibes in the whole place. Niamh cheered me on when I felt like I was fading and sent on a great aftercare guide, will recommend and will return :)

So far the process has been super easy! They were incredibly nice when I dropped in to ask some questions and set up an appointment that would work best for me right then! The email they sent me explained a lot - both what I needed to do and what they would be doing to prepare! I get my tattoo tomorrow and I'm super excited, I will update soon!
Update: it has been about a month since i got my tattoo and I love it! the staff/my artist were all super nice and helpful and the process went super smooth! the artist was super funny and helped me relax for my first tattoo! i love the end result and they gave me all the information i needed to take care of it! would definitely go here again!

Honestly the most painless tattoo I ve ever got! The staff were absolutely lovely and my little sun tattoo is beautiful! Will definitely be back!

Recently got a tattoo by Sara in the parliament street branch. Experience was amazing, everyone was on time, everything was cleaned and sanitised in front of me. Tattoo looks absolutely amazing, the music was great. Sara was very personal, she paid a lot of attention to detail and made sure my tattoo was perfect before I left. She went out of her way for me and I will definitely be back.

My family was taking a tour of Ireland. At the last minute in Dublin we decided to get group tattoos. This parlor was the best place we could have possibly chosen. Two people in our group were newbies to having tattoos. They could have easily judged us for getting last minute tattoos but instead they were absolutely fantastic. No judging and Sandor did such a great job tattooing all of us. He was quick, and they even stayed open a little later to get all six of us inked. Babs and Hayley were amazing, super friendly and very professional. It s a very clean, hygienic, and unique place. You can t do better for a tattoo in Dublin.

The tattoo got infected very quickly, yet I was confident with regard to the previous comments in short ... I let you judge.

Have been in here before with a friend who was getting pierced and I must say, the atmosphere is lovely, staff are so welcoming and accommodating, and the results and aftercare tips were fantastic. Really looking forward to my first tattoo with them soon!

From the moment I first got in touch with the Ink Factory via instagram I ve had nothing but a positive experience. During my consultation I felt as though Agne was very thorough and accommodating and really listened to anything I said. All the other staff I met were pleasant and welcoming. I m so excited for my appointment later this week.

The Ink Factory is very professionnal and reactive. I'm not in Ireland and the team always reply to me very fast and with a lot of precision. My appointment is on 4 days, but i'm very excited and I think it will be perfect ! I like ink factory !!

Getting my first tattoo done by them this Friday. They were very welcoming when we said we had a large group of people that all wanted a small piece. They were quick with their responses via email. Can't wait to see the finished result.

All the Ink Factory staff have been amazing!! They are all realy warm, friendly and super prompt! I got an appointment for a consultation with in a day. So i met Maja Bohemien to chat about my tattoo. She was realy receptive to all my ideas and helpd me understand how they would fit on my body. We chat about line, shape , colours, size , styles and all things inbetween! We discussed my skin condition, dermographia. Maja and the other staff helpd me make a plan to work around it. They put all my fears and worries to bed so now im just buzzin for the day to come!! one month waiting time is very reasonable for such an amazing artist aswell!! Im delighted I chose the ink factory

Fantastic service, secured my tattoo consultation and set up an appointment within 15 minutes. I like that they charge by the piece versus by the hour in the States. Great espresso too.

UPDATE: My tattoo is incredible, I can't recommend Maja Bohemian and the Ink Factory enough! The whole experience was fantastic! Everyone is so inviting and friendly, everything is clean and bright, and the atmosphere is really fun and relaxed.

Haven t actually gotten tattooed yet, but the set up and discussions have been incredibly easy and pleasant, even with the different time zones. I m incredibly excited to work with them!

My husband got tattoo by Michaele and he is very happy with it. Michaele is a great artist, he did a great job

I got a large tattoo done by Anderson Felix at The Ink Factory yesterday. It was an absolutely perfect experience. I was booked in with Anderson for a full day session and I was a bit nervous about sitting for so long but he completely put me at ease. He frequently checked in, made sure I was handling it well and reassured me at the beginning that if I couldn't sit for the whole session that that would be fine. Anderson made the whole experience pleasant and I sat through the whole session. All the other artists who passed by were also so lovely, and they all checked in with me as the day went on, asking if I needed anything. Truly an excellent experience with everyone in the shop. So so happy with the final result and I couldn't have asked for a better artist/overall experience. Will definitely be back once I forget the pain of this one!

It s a clean and cool looking place, located in temple bar. To book an appointment is made easy through an online form. They answered quickly and I got my appointment for the next week. I m looking forward to it!

I got my 7th tattoo to commemorate my trip to Dublin and the entire process from booking to design to aftercare was very professional and welcoming. Out of the 7 tattoos I have this one is by far my favorite. The dimension and quality of the tattoo is incredible. Sandor is an incredible artist! I highly recommend to anyone looking to get a tattoo in Dublin!

I had my tattoo done by Ash Sheridan, she has done previous tattoos for me & I always found her very helpful in taking my initial concept & turnings into a piece of art...I am already lining her up for my next tattoo.

Had an amazing session with Fausto today. I had emailed the studio an example, along with some notes, and Fausto had it ready when I showed up. Right away I loved it just from the outline. Four and a half hours later I finally got to see his vision realized on my calf and it was better than I dreamed.

The studio is amazingly clean and the staff is extremely professional. Everyone genuinely seemed happy to work there. It was packed, so make an appointment but they did accommodate some walk-ins with simple designs. I saw all types getting inked, from a nervous first timer ( will it hurt? ) to people with little exposed skin left to cover. Moms bringing their daughters for piercing, hen parties, etc.

Very professional place with individual ideas and interest in my own imagination of the tattoo. I'm looking forward to getting it done!

Amazing place to get tattooed. I came here 2 years ago for a small tattoo and came back again for another. True experts and unbelievably creative/professional. I would recommend to everyone looking for a tattoo in Dublin.

I looked up piercing places all over and The Ink Factory has the best prices with phenomenal reviews. I walked in and walked out 30 minutes later (I had to wait a bit) with an awesome piercing!! I got the rook, and it didn t hurt at all. My experience was fantastic. 5/5 stars!

From the moment you walk in, you're greeting and welcome. Everyone's friendly and professional. Haved a good time, Danny blasted through the piece with ease, with moment that I even fell asleep. Haha Definitely will come back for another piece in the future.

Got a tattoo at the Ink Factory while there on a quick holiday. They were welcoming and got me in right away! It was an awesome experience and I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely love this place, this is my first tattoo and they couldn't of made it easier on me. Can't wait until I get it done. Booking was so quick and the guys we able to get me before I leave for the summer. Had a consultation with Aline on the run up to talk through design ideas.
The coffee is excellent and the barbers is well worth a visit.

Visited today to get three piercings. Very professional and clean place. The piercer was a lovely guy, friendly and made me feel very relaxed. Piercing was done extremely quick and with very little pain. Would recommend and definitely use again!

My experience so far has been great, I emailed to ask for an appointment super late and they managed to get to a spot on short notice. They have been so lovelu via email and so helpful. Cannot wait to get my tattoo with them, will update once I get it!

Wasn't impressed and wasn't feeling the vibes. Feels like a numbers shop. Left without any plans to return or hire them. The shop was nice and clean with nice people so I hesitate to review but feels a 3 star was fair.

I haven t actually been tattooed yet, but so far the process has been a dream thanks to the staff at the Ink Factory. Such an awesome vibe inside and all the staff are extremely friendly. Any questions I have had they have happily answered. Right down to their speedy email response times, they re wizards. Highly recommend checking these guys out!

Wanted to get a tattoo while staying in Dublin for a few weeks with friends and this was the perfect place. They had availability within a week and we re very responsive over email in planning the tattoos. Would highly recommend!

So far my experience getting my very first tattoo has been great, I don't have my tattoo yet but everyone has been really helpful and they make sure to ask for as much details as possible and they like to make sure you're happy. I'm delighted so far and will un date when I have my tattoo!

Every interaction ive ever had at InkFactory has been so pleasant, everyone at the desk just goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and looked after.
I've had a number of piercings done by Lauren at HQ and found her to be extremely friendly, very knowledgeable about her craft and the standard of hygiene and preparation is second to none.
Im going for a custom sternum piece with Maja this week. Our consultation left me with no doubts that I will be over the moon with the final result. I'm so looking forward to what I know will be another unforgettable experience at InkFactory.

The service at Ink Factory is fantastic. I walked in to book an appointment and was told about the entire process. A few days later I came in for my actual appointment. The ladies at the counter were super welcoming. Sandor was my tattoo artist and he did an amazing job. He was super friendly and I felt very comfortable. Everybody I met was kind and professional. I would definitely consider them again if I were to put another tattoo. Plus point, you get all the instructions by email as well.

I was very happy withy tattoo. It was a small piece but the team was super accommodating and professional.

I m scheduled to get a cover up piece done here in December with Jamie, the shop has been polite, very responsive and open in their communication. Went in for a consultation with Jamie for a chat about a cover up tattoo and felt he got my idea and had good suggestions. Will update when I get tattoo done and hopefully be able to give 5*
