If I could give it zero stars , I would ! Stay away! Horrible experience and the owners don t care about customer service or care to listen! Diana decided not to listen to what colors my daughter wanted on her tattoo... and when she was called out on why the colors weren t what we asked for , she got a huge attitude. Then she tattooed over when she already colored in and now after healing , my daughter has scar tissue and different color flower petals.
Then I also got a tattoo with Maya. When she came to greet me ... she walked up to me with a picture of a tattoo that another artist gave me a year prior. Then she got an attitude ! I had already spent a lot of time on messaging dealing with the tattoo I wanted And was assured by the owner that he got the info and would pass it on to Maya. Why would I want the same tattoo again? Absolutely ridiculous. From
Then on , she had an attitude and talked nasty about me behind my back. I know this because my daughter was there in the back listening.

drew up a picture of what I wanted. Her picture was nothing like what I wanted , so she had to fix it. And she was clearly outwardly bothered by this. What?? The tattoo is going on my body. From then on it was a super uncomfortable experience!!! A tattoo artist should listen to what the customer wants and not be outwardly rude ! These 2 girls were so rude and nasty ! I cannot believe they can get away with that. In the US... no way ! Go somewhere else to get a tatto because if you have a problem , the owners don t care !!!!!!!
