Not managed well ,waited 15mins ,for her to give me coffee, said excuse me can I have my coffee, just ignored me.God Bless them

Jack in the box... What can I say. After all these years I still get two tacos on the side of whatever, and buttermilk on everything. They do pretty well on delivery to that window.

First time coming to this location and the employee Edurado was amazing, he was so friendly and look so happy. 10/10 customer service!

It's jack in the box. Where the prices get higher. And the product gets smaller.

Jack has generally good food. Sometimes the service need a work though.

$20 for two people for a combo meal... But it's what we do when we're in a hurry eh?

It's an excellent choice for outdoor fast food and the service is great

I like to go to this location cause is in my area but they always seem annoyed when you come to the walk-in window. One gets the feeling they just want to be a drive-thru service and if you come to the window they act like they have to stop everything, so they make you wait and wait. Also parking is bad, they have about 4 spaces next to the drive-tru and it is obvious they're being used by the employees, cause very often there's nobody at the tables and yet the parking spaces are full! So you know those cars are the employees, which everywhere I've worked, the parking was supposed to be reserved for customers.

only thing good about my order was the curly fries. nothing else.

It's an open air aka Al fresco dining experience,Jack n the Box is what it is.

I got a lot to talk about this place but the one on 2 days ago they forgot to put the meet on my burger
And the other one week before the new manager she refused to take my order because when i come to the window I want order a strawberry shake she want me to drive around and make another order

Service there is very slow for walk up customers. I had to hollar at the guy to get my order. Didn't like it at all. That wasn't the first time.

I m regular customer for the value tacos but on 1/28/2019 at 5:39:12 pm I ended up having food poisoning for two days at this location, Cold shivers and liquid stool for some tacos was not a good deal. I will never go there again. I hope management sees this post and address the sanitary issues at this location. I ve been trying to upload my receipt but It s not posting.

This I'd My Favorite All Time Favorite Fast Food joint.

Took forever just down right garbage food wasn't even hot waited 10min for lukewarm food. Will not be returning. Almost as bad as the Jack's in downtown expect everyone is outside not inside.

I don't usually vote so low, because everyone has had days... But this is probably my third time at this location, and they have had multiple chances to turn me around on 1.speed of service 2. Quality, and 3. Friendliness/welcoming. I understand that this location gets a lot of traffic from homeless, and addicts...and I believe I was prejudged. The entire staff of about 5 were working on cleaning/gossipping tasks, and they continued on as if they didn't see me, when I know that at least a couple of them made eye contact, and even seemed to purposefully slow down just to antagonize me a bit.
This team needs to learn to keep their prejudgements to themselves, and to give everyone a fair chance.

4 of 5 times i went there they give me everything WRONG costumer service every time awful, like 40 minutes for a burguer (and at the end the give me the order wrong again)...

Dude in the drive thru was hustling- nailed the order and was super professional.
Plus the food was good if you into that sort of thing ....

This was very good but bad at the same time but what do you expect at a fast food place

Gave me the wrong order and overcharged my card. I wasn't given any type of receipt for the transaction. I was told my card would be reimbursed in a couple of days. I guess I'll just have to take their word for it.

You got your fried tacos. You got yer slicy chicken sandwhich. You don't even newd to get out lf your car!

Their food taste like they had sitting there all day

What do you want me to say, bacon ultimate cheeseburger. And those 99-cent tacos that have fake meat in them can't beat them!

Quick nuggets and shake. Hot. Good. And friendly staff.

This location has lots of people hanging around that aren't eating or buying anything that ask for money while you're trying to order and eat your meal. The staff doesn't seem to do anything about it. The seating area is also pretty dirty.

Unfortunately this place is open 24hrs. A favorite of local meth heads, and urban campers. They destroyed the historic first ever Jack in the Box building/location a few years back. I figured the food would get better and more sanitary. Wrong, to top it off they love to powerwash their location late at night, and scrub their driveway down with chemicals that they then flush down the storm drains. Their trash is all over the neighborhood, I understand everyone needs a J.I.B fix now and then, but try to avoid this nightmare.

Good for a quick bite to eat. Drive thru is usually pretty fast.

It's getting better now , that the ones who use to work there were so much bad service always had at least one thing wrong on my orders

they forgot my water bottle, didn't give me any of the toppings for the salad I ordered, gave me the wrong dressing for the salad, and took forever to do it all.

Three consecutive times.... wrong items. Twice (my fault really for not checking the second order) it was wrong food in the bag. Last time they couldn't even get an order for coffee right. This was all early morning and maybe it's better later in the day. I'm not willing to find out.

A good sandwich for when you're in a hurry, a good option!

The manager was very rude. I felt as if i was being stereotyped as a white, stocky, young man, with a backpack on, in the hood. The bathroom was messy and there were people inside the bathroom sitting on the floor

Wasted. Puked by a dumpster. I think it was a good time?

I asked for iced tea they have me a cup of cold tea and I asked to fix it they said the tea is just made so it melted the ice I said yes that's what happens but I want ice so when it starts to melt the ice add more they said then you will have less tea I said I know this why do you keep having a combative come back I'll never go back now

Nice fast food store. Something different than Always Only McDonalds & Citizen King

Is an OK for on the go but is not a very safe place to stay and eat or bring your kids, many people with suspicious activity surround that area, customer service is in survival mode

very busy but great client service..i was very specific on my order and it came perfect the 1st time. Kids wont go to another fast food burger place..just here

A few things I liked about my experience at this location is the remodeling they did to this jack in the box.. but specially the customer service that was provided by the cashier at the drive thru window.. I believe his name is Jonathan, its on my receipt.. he was very friendly, polite and professionally. His invitation for me to return was very welcoming and I will definitely be going back to this location for all my jack in the box needs..Thank You very much and keep up the GREAT work.

Not your typical Jack In The Box. There is no dinning room just benches outside near the window you order from. If you are a fan of dinner theater but don't want to pay the high prices, this may be right up your ally. Here you can witness and engage with the lively, at times pleasent and other times violently dramatic, people of the street. Just a few blocks up there is the "World Famous Lips" male drag performers that interact with audience while you eat.
The grity realism found on the Jack in The Box patio, come the setting of the sun, is something that Lips or any Thespian fueled dinner and a show just can't muster.
Not for the faint of heart!

Ordered a chicken grilled salad. They only cooked one side and it was mushy. In other words they might have just given me salmanela. Overnight staff

The staff here was pretty complacent and rude. Plus all the tweekers hanging around doesn't help.

Giving it 3 stars because it's really a hit or miss depending on who's working the drive-thru.

Some days there's a girl who's super friendly and knows how to do her job well and other times there's a guy who really doesn't want to be there and doesn't even bother to put napkins in the bag or ask if I want ketchup. At the very least give me napkins, seriously, I'm not a goddamn caveman.

The best fast food place for hot freshly fried French fries and a supreme croissant for lunch! The menu and food is great, except for those tiny tacos. Please take them off the menu!

staff gave me the wrong order, and were to busy joking around and seem like they didnt care to work. honestly worst experience ive had considering that i like jack in box.

Well, they get my order right every 3rd visit, so that's something.

I was so pleasantly surprised here I had to leave a review. The customer service was so polite and friendly. My order was quick and correct. And I ve never gotten food from a fast food joint that looked just like the ad. I appreciate the attention to detail and quality of both food and service here :)

Literally everytime i come they mess up my order. It never fails.

What a coincidence you asked how I feelabout the services of Jack in the Box, at the time when I have to park my car and go to another restaurant to ask for a plastic fork or spoon, because the chicken teriyaki bowl that I ordered at the Jack in the box located 2800 Blk of Elcajon Blvd came neither with spoon or fork, unfortunately this happened after I experienced scary food related suspicions fear if they were going to add a spit or any other bad things over my food,one day earlier at another Jack in the Box located on Euclid& Elcajon Blvd, this feeling came to me after I noticed a Mexican man and a woman who were working together were sarcastically making fun on me and my friend,

4 times i have gone around 3am and they have had a sign up stating front window closed, even though they are open 24 hours. Staff is just too lazy to actually do their job and serve both walk up and drive thru customers.
