Challenge4change is such an amazing indoor activity centre! The staff are brilliant! Friendly and supportive to give you the best experience. It has so much to offer. Trust me you will be tired after taking on the activity arena. But so worth it. They are fully inclusive so people of all abilities are welcome. They have fully qualified coaches to support you to complete the arena challenges.
Easy to find as it is fully sign posted. Based in trafford it's only 15 mins away from the city centre.
Thank you to the amazing team!

We brought our Under 11's football team down for an afternoon. Straight away the guys had the team feeling relaxed an enjoying themselves.
We worked in teams and learnt how to help each other and work together.
Various obstacles were tackled and even the coaches/parents got involved. The afternoon flew by and every member of the team commented on how much fun they had. The instructors were very helpful and didn't make anyone do anything they didn't want to. A very enjoyable day and something i would recommend. Also the leap of faith is a must.

Went to Challenge 4 Change this morning with my daughter for her friend's 9th birthday party. What an amazing place. Mel, our guide, was brilliant with the children. Everyone got involved and we all had a great time. Would definitely recommend for both kids and adults.

I had the pleasure of visiting and seeing first-hand this place in action today. What an amazing and unique place. A must for all Salford, and beyond, kids (and big kids!) team building, confidence and resilience all developed like outdoors, but indoors (so the weather can t spoil the fun!) Keep up the good work Challenge for Change.

Our son attended a team building session which involved working around a high ropes course with a leap of faith. There is a room with chairs for presentations. The group had burgers but being a teenager he is unable to tell me whether they were provided or cooked by the leaders. You can take your own snacks and drinks though.

I would strongly recommend Challenge 4 Change. We had a fantastic day out with the team and with us all being fairly new to our roles, we became a much better working team by the end of the day!

Recommend for corporate or private events for those who like a bit of a challenge, and you can take part in as much or as little as you prefer.

What a charity!

What a charity!

I'm so impressed with what these guys do in the community that it's a real shame they don't get more publicity.

Challenge 4 Change is described as a "unique, indoor urban experiential learning facility" but that line just doesn't do it justice. Not only is it a great team building venue, they do a lot of work with those who have disabilities and underprivlaged helping them develop confidence and educating on gangland culture.

As a photographer I don't normally get chance to partake in the activities on offer, I'm there to capture the environment but when the great team members there asked me to take StreetView around their arial assault course it was a chance that I couldn't refuse. I've never done anything like that before but the guys were great with me and my camera equipment.
