Going inside this building is like entering paradise for a brief time. Hundreds of incredibly manicured plants and ferns. I go here often To be transported into a truly peaceful world. A must see.

Jack in the Box is the best of all the fast food restaurants.

I'm sorry to tell you this but I would love to stop and have my sandwich at the outside benches but the area is always full of lawyers people drinking and doing drugs out there and sleeping on the benches very sad and very unwelcoming

good spot for fast food, also the best one in the area for fast friendly service...come here late nite and get your fast food fixing!...

I normally don't eat too often at fast food joints but when I do, I go to a place that I'm always familiar with which is why I pulled up the nearest Jack in the Box on my Google, and after I left, Google wanted my feedback on the experience I had.... If you know you have 8 pairs of brake lights waiting for food, then as a fast food restaurant, you might want to turn up the heat a little bit to respect everybody's time in which in this case was no respect whatsoever. My previous experience at this same Jack in the Box, waiting in the same line except the car behind me decided that he had waited long enough and honked his horn EVERY 5 MINUTES! As if he was asking the people up ahead of me what the holdup was and you have no idea what it was like to be the monkey in the middle to have a car horn go off because even with the window rolled up I could still hear it. But even with the line being as long as it is please remember the order because the lady at the window just told me my total but then forgot to give me the rest of my food and my beverage in which is very important because once I drive off and something's missing, it's a good chance I'm going to just take an L and call it a lesson.

Great staff. Food was perfect. Very little parking. Cars double parked on street interfere with access. May best be approached on foot.

Every time I go to the drive-through I see the same guy serving me it seems like he is a very hard worker and he always serves me the same great food I've always eat I enjoy this place very much.

So happy they brought back their fantastic fish sandwich!

Its Jack in the Box. You know what this is. This location is all outdoors and has a bathroom. No issues with orders, things come out quick - this place is good.

They are very courteous, Professional, add lettuce, tomatoes, etc no extra charge unlike other places. Always made fresh NOT sitting under a heat lamp.

Cold food. Order often wrong. Who has time to go back to exchange?!

Well, it's a Jack in the Box. This particular location must not spice their burgers because it was bland as bland can be. The one at Upas & 39th has (or used to) have the best tasting patties unless they over did the salt.

The general manager needs to do some rescheduling. They only had 2 people working at 1130 at night and both were over whelmed.

When you are hungry late at night/early morning the choices are limited. It is pretty much what you would expect to get at a fast food burger chain.
I got the bacon ranch monster taco and it was decent. Staff was friendly, but it did take too long to get our meal. We ordered from the counter outside and had someone ask us to buy something for them, which we did.

The ladies that work there are always so nice and polite. The only problem is too many homeless hang out there. Too much begging and one even wanted to start a fight with me

Horrible they don't deserve not even one star. They get your order wrong and give you attitude because you correct them

They have the breakfast platter advertised for 2.99 on there menu board so they said it's not offered anymore but if they were to make good with there customer they would have make good on it, I would suggest not to go to this location

Got order wrong, did not provide napkins, took way too long, fries container was not filled up to top.

I love the tacos, usually buy four of them at once.

Tried the new 3 cheese burger. They forgot to put the onions and the burger was kind of greasy.

I used to live around the area and I remember going there a lot to eat fries and burgers it was really good quick-service the only bad thing that it's outside so if it started raining you wouldn't enjoy your food we had to ask them to use the restroom cuz it's not an inside restaurant so you have to ask them to go inside and use the restroom overall it's a really good restaurant you should try it

Man! This place used to be one of the first Jack in the boxes in San diego. The original architecture is gone, so is its character. It's a homeless hangout now. They were out of soda and the tacos were old and greasy. Never going back. I do not recommend

First off, we had to keep asking the drive-through operator to put his mic closer to his mouth so we could hear him. We ordered the Ultimate Cheeseburger Combo, the Triple Cut Combo (aioli lemon), two tacos, and a side salad. The sodas were ordered with NO ICE. When we got to the window to pay, we had to ask for drink carriers, we had to ask for hot sauce, one of the sodas had ice in it, there were no napkins, the salad was not in the bag, the tacos were upside down in the bag, and the drive-through operator was ride and had a nasty attitude, as if we were an interruption of his work, rather than realizing we are part of the reason for his job. If this had been my first experience with Jack in the Box, it would have been my last. It was more like Nightmare on Elm Street: Freddie's Revenge than Jack in the Box. No excuse for this.

I like Jack in the Box good prices for a quick bit to eat and run i have to say there not greasy like the I'VE tried

The food was quick,the food was hot,and the window girl was really cute

Very accurate and fast drive thru service. Condiments, napkins without even asking!! Food was hot and not sloppy, vegetables were fresh and not soggy. Thanks Jack!

Outdoor seating and open 24 hours. Last time I went after 2am, I was treated to live outdoor music by a local. Sometimes the food prep takes long.

It's JBo's... what more can you say? It has it's good days and it's bad days. But the tacos are always the ish! Great drunk time food!

Drive-thru employees have issues. They have no guest service skills at all.
