I don't usually vote so low, because everyone has had days... But this is probably my third time at this location, and they have had multiple chances to turn me around on 1.speed of service 2. Quality, and 3. Friendliness/welcoming. I understand that this location gets a lot of traffic from homeless, and addicts...and I believe I was prejudged. The entire staff of about 5 were working on cleaning/gossipping tasks, and they continued on as if they didn't see me, when I know that at least a couple of them made eye contact, and even seemed to purposefully slow down just to antagonize me a bit.
This team needs to learn to keep their prejudgements to themselves, and to give everyone a fair chance.
