I don't eat much fast food but I chose this Jack In The Box solely for convenience. It is veteran owned. Which I like to support veterans. I chose to wash my hands and the bathroom smelled horrible. It didn't upset my appetite but after that experience I wouldn't go back for the simple fact that the employees may not wash their hands 100% of the time. Dirty bathroom to me indicates dirty hands in my own opinion. Customer service was average. Food order was 100% correct and it didn't take long to receive it.

Have never waited so long in the drive through lane as I did here. The service was so slow and they still got the order wrong. Tried calling them over the phone after I left and the number was out of service. A lot of shady people just standing out in front at 2 in the morning. Never again will I stop by here!!

Too many bumps hanging there and customer service not good

I got served soggy tacos this morning . I was very upset when I began eating them and I couldn t turn back around because I had to be at work . This is unacceptable!!

So i ended up going back just because i was in the neighborhood again and I wont be going back ever again. I order a pretty big order and i got mostly all the wrong foods, i was missing food , giving wrong meals. I tried calling the store 8 time and no one answered. I just don't recommend this place to anyone. Go to a different jack, the employees are rude and dont care about your order. My daughters food was missing and i had to give her my food ! its also my fault for not double checking all 5 bags ! such a disappointment and waste of money !

Food does not taste right. Some seasoning are missing.

They rush my order and I didn't have all my items on it.

I mean, it's Jack in the Box. It's yummy, the folks here are fast and friendly

Staff was slow and deleted my order so i had to wait 30 minutes

Love this place because it's open 24 hours, even to walk up orders.

However. They have a hard time getting orders correct and often I feel like I get fries that have just been sitting there forever, but hey at 12pm we dont have many options.

Use the drive thru thats all i can say. Drive thru and go lol

Once I was at the front trying to order, It took 5 minutes for the employees to take my order. It took them about 20 minutes for them to make me 2 regular combos. Once I got home I noticed my teriyaki chicken was not even cooked right. This was overall my worst experience in a fast food place. These people need some lessons on customer service

The service is good but the homeless make it impossible to eat there.

I don't know I got that variety snack box and number 3 combo and my burger stale and cold and the fries were old

As far as the food goes, it's pretty standard Jack in the Box. The employees are also friendly. The drive thru service wait time, though, leaves a lot to be desired because it takes too much longer than other Jacks. I mean, they usually take so long that you can't call it fast food..

A small, outdoor only with 24 hour walk up window, is nestled on a busy street of fast food and restaurants. The staff has always been pleasant, and the food rarely tastes as if its been sitting out TOO long. Never window ordered, but the drive thru has always been quick and easy.

Ok. I know how companies have to find that magical balance between balancing the bottom line and customer service, but this is a little over the top, even for me. I go to jack to order a coffee. Just a coffee. I ask for cream and sugar. He gives me two sugars for a large coffee. I got a sweet tooth. Always have when it comes to coffee. I ask him for seven packets He says no. Nice the 19 year old knows what's best for me. The customer is always WRONG. Thanks Jack!

This place constantly has issues with order accuracy and food quality. I have lived in the area for 4 years and it has not improved. They just don't seem to care. It is so bad, I live a 30 second drive from this location, but either go to the Mission Valley or Upas St. location. They are much better with quality and accuracy. In the pic below, they must not have had enough curly fries to complete my order so they decided to throw some stale regular fries in the bottom of the container to make it look full. This is how they roll.

Well prepared food. Had someone who acually took care into making the food correctly. Rare with fast food now these days

The counter person was nice but the wait was terrible. One person to handle drive-thru and walk-ups, since they don't have interior seating.

Came today in the morning around 11am and it was better than my usual times I've been to this Jitb. When taking my order it was fast and understandable. Also good customer service by Anthony which gave my order complete and quick. For sure am going to keep coming back.

The sevice is poor they make you with like 3-4 mins vefore they take your order and iwhas the only costumer

Very good for snacks. Staff always polite especially Wed to Sun night shift and a guy named Suzie is excellent.

Addicted to the dog meat tacos no they don't make them out of dog meat I believe they get the need out of a can meant for dogs I'm probably wrong but nevertheless I must be a dirty human being that loves things that have their own unique taste been eating these cheap taco things since I was a little kid was it Rodney Allen Rippy on the commercials that branded Jack in the Box tacos in my mind nope The Taste for some reason these things will always taste good to me

Quick and fast drive thru, conveniently on the corner, has a double menu board 1 where yiu can take your time looking and the forward one where yiu can look again and order from. Otherwise, cookie cut from all the other Jack-in-the-boxes.

It's a really shady location!
There's no actual restaurant so you can eat inside. You have to seat outside and you have a limit of 30 minutes to eat your food.
My friend and I stopped here to eat on our way home from the beach. We both felt unsafe and almost left. The cashier was friendly. I would not go back!!!!

This a.m. ordered breakfast. Got 4 blocks and realized they didn't give me my coffee. Drive back, had to wait in drive thru line as no parking available...they upgraded coffee, whoppdeedoo! They made me late for work.

Many things went wrong during my visit this morning. First of all, this location has consistently awful service. After you stand there waiting for 5-7 minutes, you may have to knock on the window, hard and loud, before somebody notices you. This morning was no exception as I went to order a triple cut burger only to be told I couldn t. So then I ordered a buttery bacon jack. I was told I couldn t order that either. So finally I begin to go down the list and settled on a sourdough jack combo with curly fries. After waiting an extended period of time (without a drink while I wait), they bring me the wrong order. Regular fries instead of curly. Now I have to wait a few more minutes just to receive burnt curly fries. I ask for ketchup and he gave me 3 salsas. To add insult to injury, the sourdough Jack was disgusting due to excessive mayo and ketchup making this pink sludge, literally dripping from the sandwich. The horrible attitudes and service at this location, during this shift need a complete overhaul.

Outside dining only. Walk up window like Rally's or Der Weiner Schnitzel

Every time I go here they always give me the wrong order.

Thefact that they are open 24 hours and located on the boulevard sets them aside from the competition.

i love this place cuz they make my food quick and wen i order oreo shake they know how to do it right and i love the homestyl chicken ranch club combo

It's a pretty good place but the only downside is that its takeout in the open and it's a hotspot for local crackies

They were extremely pleasant they open the door so I can go to the restroom as I was picking up food for a customer. For Postmates and their app new app wasn't working but at least a customer provided me their address and we're able to text and I was able to deliver her her food. Jack in the box did allow me to use the restroom even though they have no dining area was only outside I was pleased that I was able to provide or do a Clinton or Obama.

Worst Jack in the box location. Slow drive through no matter what time of day. Late night, forget about it. Better off driving all the way to the North Park location on 30th, probably still get your food faster even with the drive time.

The original J.O.B locale. They tore down the OG building about 5 years ago, and the food got so much..........worse.
Hub of activity in the unwanted, drugged out little brother side of North Park, older bro University Ave. is SO much cooler.
I will go here.....if I have to...and I have coupons.

Only wanted a chicken sandwich. First they're credit card machine wasn't working. Went back with cash and they're system wasn't working. The 3 girls who were working there ran to the back when I tried to order. I could see them hiding. I usually don't shop here because the homeless population today their employees reminded me why customers stop coming here. Jack if these ladies don't want to be here send them home.

Can't expect anything too fancy here. The 'monster' nacho taco was disappointingly small and the fries were fries, not great, not bad. And yes, a ton of ice in the drink, sheesh! The young man who took our order was very pleasant and helpful. Also, beware that the outside counter ordering invites some folks to ask you to buy them food...

Their food is tasty and has healthy options for everyone!

It's mostly a hit or miss. I've gotten great customer service and sometimes I don't. Sometimes my order is perfect other times it's not.

Their soft drinks are more like would you like some soda with your ice...smh

The staff didn t wear gloves when handling the food! I ate my burger anyway, but still, this should be standard practice no? Don t really want someone s hands all over my food.

They have churros which my kids never had before so since I let them try some they're now lifelong fans of Jack in the Box lol

At this particular Jackintbebox the food is hot & fresh, like it was just prepared. The staff are very nice about adding on or taking off any item. From what I've seen is that they enjoy working together. Which has a direct impact on the quality of the food.

This place is awesome. Great food, service and drinks. Perm garlic fries are a must. Great music selection! Definitely recommend.

they can never get an order right and they make you pull uo so that their times look good when the customer is still waiting on food or drinks...that they still get wrong!!!
