Have been here for the last 10 years so many times ..and each time was a pleasure

The stay was amazing. Had conversation with the staff and I was amazed how advanced the process is of sanitising the room and public area with advanced chemicals and machines. Felt safe and secure. Must visit.

They are not receiving the call bad service............

It really elaborate meaning of luxury. From reception to rooms... From eminities to offering.. every single bit is precisely crafted. Really delighted. But have a serious concern over washrooms. We Indians need water shooter near comode... But many rooms does not have this facility. My suggestion is to have option in every single room and leave it on discretion of guest. Rest all good

Near Science city, over the bypass road. Another landmark is The Royal Bengal hotel from ITC and JW Marriott.

Very nice Hotel , fast & accurate service,cleness but sum editing required like sports games(football, etc), this hotel is best for businessman.
Additional charges for swimming & jyms so some changes required.

Ita a 5 star hotel property. Its hospitality was outstanding. The staffs were so pleasing in manner.

It's huge brand name but you won't get the hospitality as per your desired. Staffs only are busy among them selves hardly bothered about the guest. It feels they work after checking the individual person dress code .

Excellent Hotel with premium category services. Great Variety of restaurants and foods within.

I love staying at ITC sonar. I am always given a huge upgraded room. Which can honestly easily fit 10ppl. The staff are very courteous and it is definitely the top choice of hotel when I visit Kolkata

Peshawari - Food is very tasty, also the ambience is very soothing .staff was also helpful. Overall enjoyed our family time.

Right from reception to departure and stay ,food and hospitality was excellent.

Very spacious well laid out hotel. Excellent human resource. The water body with thousands of Kois and Lotus and water lillies are the most attractive features.

Sonar has the best to offer of Kolkata. Yummy food, great rooms, nice pool, friendly staff. Good location and quick access to old city is nice.

Wonderful place. I went there to meet A Grandmaster. Decor and the people at the desk are fantastic. The room which I've been is also well maintained. Before this I had only gone to ITC Mughal in Agra, so I had high expectations. I must say I was not disappointed and the person who stayed there had a good stay too.

Grand old hotel. Slightly ageing and rooms require upgrades.

It was great because it was such a good jesture of them and everyone was well dressed and the the rooms were so excellent
