Rooms were great and service was excellent.. There are about six restaurants within ITC..Breakfast was good with many varieties..Has a huge swimming pool..Can easily spend a day within the hotel.. Plenty of open spaces to walk around.. Overall a great experience

Lovely decor in the waiting lounge, first floor banquet hall is fine. But the interior pool is the cherry on the cake. Simply stunning to look at.

Fantastic experience. We went for a dinner at Peshawri. The restaurant had a beautiful ambience and the quality was great. The staff was quite courteous and the restaurant served a good essence of Indian tradition. Summing up it was a nice experience.

Please note that this hotel is still under construction. Not open for public. Construction work is happening since a long time. Due to major construction work air pollution is very high, affecting front road.

Me and my wife took a staycation and we loved every moment. We have stayed at ITC sonar. We had all meal package and our lunch and dinner was at ITC royal bengal, which is another property of ITC besides ITC Sonar. You don't need to go out of the hotel but you can access it from inside of Sonar to Royal Bengal. The lunch and dinner was at Grand Pavilion Market and it was a grand affair indeed! I really appreciate that they are serving very tasty north east food, which is not easily available in Kolkata. The food section was awesome. The breakfast was at Pan Asia in Sonar itself and it was great as well. Plenty of choices and what you choose, you will not be disappointed.

Awesome interiors. Early morning hour and enjoy the morning Raga. Late night and enjoy the bar, chocolate lover, enjoy chocolates, foodie, enjoy the mega cuisines.

The food was excellent in Peshawari and the service by Mr Kunal made it even better.

The ITC brand itself carries a certain standard, and this edition is no exception. We attended a banquet party at the Poolside Cafe, and the ambience was lovely. The food served was also delicious, with the ITC signature Dal Bukhara as the highlight, with many other delicacies. The food served depends on the package you choose, though.

A nice hotel in kolkata for staying and dining. Logging can be expensive but the hotel is in a proper location, well connected and airport is not too far.

I can imagine this hotel was good a couple of years ago. But since other bigger chains have set foot in CCU their not value for money anymore. Starts with paying for my internet on arrival. For a 5 star hotel internet must be free. This is short term money making decision from poor management. Breakfast is ok but poor compared with competition. Rooms are smelling little mouldy. Staff is very friendly and restaurants are excellent for dinners specially the authentic Indian restaurant in the basement.

City of Joy, Kolkata. Loved staying in this luxurious hotel full with all types of comfort. The rooms are big and ambience is very soothing.

I stayed at this hotel for four days and enjoyed every moment at this hotel. The cuisine at this hotel at awesome. I tried Indian food at peshawari. I tested best ever Paneer Makhani at this place. Variety of tests are available at this hotels and its surely worthy to enjoy this premises.

A luxurious place.. Room rent of this hotel is very very high as this is a 5 star hotel.. It has a wonderful huge garden. Location of ITC Sonar is very preferable for foreign tourists.. Famous Italian Chef David Rocco came here for his show "Davis Rocco;s Dolche India".. Also the teams of IPL & ISL often stay here when they come to Kolkata..
