Very well managed facility. Great quality food in all 5 restaurants on site.

Enjoyed a lot the three nights stay there the staffs were courteous nd good.. the sevices and facilities were promt nd excellent. .. keep up the good work

Very nice experience. The ambience was lovely. Last but not the least hospitality was very warm .

Spacious, elegant interior, cleanliness upto the mark, food very good, reception courteous, adequate safety.

The food at Dum Phukth is just amazing. The rooms are good, service is great, breakfast spread and quality is great. Overall a really great experience.

What can I say? Its a 5 star and everything seems so perfect about this hotel.

ITC Sonar, is one hotel which has vast stretches of water bodies within its design. The landscaping is wonderfully planned and maintained. Inside the hotel it is an epitome of hospitality- wonderful cusines, professional staff and a wonderful ambience together both the inside and outside makes it a wonderful hotel to visit.

ITC Sonar, Kolkata is very good place i love the place.

It was lovely stay. Though it was short but very nice indeed. Fantastic environment with lovely stuffs. Great service. Totally loved it. They are working very hard for us. I would like to say please take care everyone and stay safe.

Food at Dum Pukht was at par with similar establishments; nothing unique or differentiated

Breakfast buffet is sub standard compared to other ITC hotels in India (maratha, Maurya, gardenia, chola). Small spread, bad service. Rooms are standard. Kebabs at Dum pukht are good.

Hopeless Hotel in Kolkata.
Food is bad.
Arrangements is too bad for party

it is a big place but when you go for the first time is very difficult to find out if replace you need a proper diet to find and replace in hotel

Beautiful hotel, such friendly and welcoming service. Try the restaurant on the lower ground level, a memorable meal. Breakfast also not to be missed.

Most importantly the Covid-19 precautions were followed strictly. Commendable to say how the staff is ensuring a lovely guest experience in these tough times.

Loved the Kosha Mangsho and the breakfast spread. Great staff across departments, looking forward for a return stay very soon.

Very much Indian, serene, ultimate luxury, superb staff, ambiance, very close with nature and commendable hospitality.

We were visiting the hotel with a group of Amway distributors and I fell in love with the architecture of the hotel. Our friend was the project head of this hotel from L&T.

Its a classy place! Really worth a visit...the inside view will surely astonish you...

Enjoyed the stay at ITC Sonar. Very neat rooms and very cooperative staff. An excellent property with a lot of open area, joggers area etc. The hotel landscaping is well done with lot of water around. Food was also nice. Good place to stay in Kolkatta.
