Wonderful staff and very good food... Had good time

Heaven on earth really living there just for a few days was a great experience nice and tasty food beautiful room highly decorated beautiful bathroom with bathtub which was really nice as a whole the hotel complete addressed itself as a 5-star hotel as well as conveniently located at a newly constructed are Em bypass near science city as well as area with ossum lifestyle with every type of facilities inside and outside the hotel

ITC Sonar has the best atmosphere with the lilipond and bagan bari.Just wow!! Restaurants are too good.

Good service itself speak . Best breakfast in terms of spread and quality . Warm and cool staffs. One of the best hospitality in eastern India

Had gone for a family dinner at eden Pavillion. They had a winter special outdoor buffet. The food was excellent service could have been better. The deserts were absolutely disappointing.

It's a "resort" in heart of the Kolkata city. Impressive to see usage of recycled / recyclable products.

The property is one of the iconic hotels of Kolkata. Its well kept and maintained. Staff are very nice and polite. Rooms were super clean and well kept so were the bathroom. Have had a fantastic stay every time we have stayed here.

It was a great experience being at ITC. I have attended a wedding ceremony at Pala Banquet. It was very spacious and could accommodate 150 people at a time..

I loved this place. The lobby area is so calm and soothing specially in the evening and night. Greenery all around with classic interiors. The rooms have a good view.
All in all this place has classic hospitality be it the in-house restaurant or the spa.

It is beside of ITC Royal Bengal. One of the best 5* hotel in Kolkata. The hotel is luxurious and nice too.

Stayed here. The crew is as amazing as the food they serve. I thank all the people of ITC who never made me feel alone which is how I thought I would do. Recommend highly.

All the time they are having construction and it's very noisy. U can't rest or sleep and the problem that the management are not helpful at all. 2 times it's happened to me in different time and they don't wanna take responsibility all they're saying is sorry

Would have given 5 for excellent customer service, great rooms, etc. Except, they charge for internet access... Chargeable internet access in this day and age, really does not go down well

I had boarded a car near ITC Sonar. Unfortunately, I don't have sufficient funds to visit the five-star hotel. The hotel looks gorgeous from outside and is seemingly one of the best in and around Kolkata. I wish I had been there inside the great ITC establishment to comment on its strengths and limitations.

Everything moves in the right direction here as expected from a Five Star
Hotel in any part of the world. Starting from booking rooms,Conference Halls,Meeting Rooms,social events etc.to billing. The entire chain moves
very smoothly in this esteemed organization.
