I had been to ITC for a seminar. As i entered the hotel i was greeted with namaste from a lady as well as a gents guard on duty. The lobby is mesmerising. With grand canopy and lights reflecting our indian tradition and culture. You have helping hand everywhere. Service is too good and even when i was not supposed to stay there, the staff was friendly with good behaviour. They are recently building a massive annexure hotel beside their current facility and it looks gigantic and beautiful with a tinge of european and indian architecture fused together. Food was awesome in the buffet arrangement. The sweets were just tuonge tasty. Visit for a mindful stay here.
