The staff is amazing, very polite and at the same time professional, ambience is very nice and the food is delicious, must visit for a luxury experience.

Best parts are the open places, serene ponds and the pastoral lawn inside it.

Such a lovely place. Location is very good. Very good atmosphere for business travellers. Well connected from Airport. Sector V is very close to this property. Food range is very lucrative. As a whole 90/100 from my side. Staff behavior is also very helpful.

Luxury redefined. Awesome food and ambiance. Be it business or family trip, it is 'the' choice. Amazing staffs and very responsive towards the need of guests. It is more of an experience rather than just another stay in hotel.

breakfast at eden pavilion was just delicious, thanks to chef Shubhankar for being so helpful and kind and for the lovely food!

You can soak in luxury at this place. Ideally located to reach Kolkata Airport within an hour. With plenty of space and good ambience.

The stay at ITC Sonar will be a stay to remember. While the rooms are flawless, with all possible amenities and a top notch room service, the serene atmosphere, the cooperation and gentle behavior of the staff together made it a staycation to remember. The experience at Peshawari and the complementary breakfast spread at Pan Asia were class apart. Visiting soon again!

Its on the EM Bypass before Science City crossing...room qualities are awesome and staffs are polite and co-operative...

It is deserted. Upkeep is shockingly poor for ITC standards!

Like any other 5 star. Generic food, good interiors. Looking forward to the whole complex being completed. It would be a spectacular thing

Very hospitable. Everything is top-notch. Yet this place lacks a soul.

Went to see an art exhibition. Never come across such cheap display. The specially created walls for the display of the artwork were covered w cheap wrinkly white cloth. The entrance to the exhibition was utterly abysmal

We went for a team lunch in the peshoari restaurant.
And the hotel is awesome.
So well maintained so well behaved staffs.As I did not stay in that hotel so can not say anything about the room.But the interior is very good

You get the experience of real luxury the Indian way... As they say none serves India like they do...

A world class hotel. I visited two of its banquet halls, both were amazing. The sonar is also well connected to the Royal Bengal.

One atar because the out side security management is bad.

Very nice place. The hotel is very comfortable, large rooms and a very good restaurant. Truly a luxurious stay. Kolkata is well connected through uber and this hotel is about 13kms from the airport.

It's quaint and well tucked to offer a quite and comfortable stay. The staff are good and the cuisine is very good.

Only hotel I know of in India that has floors only for women, the Eva Rooms: female security, no access to the floor without a card to swipe in, and only female attendants and butlers. Personal, first-class, and peaceful. Beautiful facility.

Good hotel... Near science city... Rooms are very clear.. Stufffs are good

Fish pond is the highlight for me, just feels so alive so calm watching so many fish inhabiting this natural looking pond. Good cozy rooms, with a special pillow menu, and fresh cut fruits served anytime you wish.
Restaurants are good too, breakfast buffet was good to go, with some special chef preparations made to order. In room dining was not that impressive though.

Had dinner at Eden Pavillion. Great spread and lots of options from the multi cuisine menu, but the quality and taste of food is average to poor. Starters and soup were particularly bad. Prawns in the main course had dark black veins! Continental dishes tasted bland. Biriyani and mutton gravy was uninteresting. Fish was dry. Garlic bread was like buscuit! Some salads were bitter.
Not going to come back.
