it was an experience to remember for a long time .. everything was better then places I've visited so far .. employees are the best part about itc kolkata for being so responsive and on there toes all the time ...

It's good but the banquet staff is worst except few

The ambience is as authentic as the name. The decor is perfect to the tee n detailed reflecting the essence of the name Peshawri. Food is good. Service is fantastic. It's almost like eating out in a museum.

Excellent place. Although it may appear that it is not a peaceful place, but once you are in you will be surprise. The property is very big. Lots of ooen spaces. Jogging area, a large water body a well maintained swimming pool.

It is one of the luxury property of Kolkata and the structure is awesome

Poor hotel management. Jarring music from a birthday party continued inspite of repeated complaints. Not able to rest or sleep till late night. Music kept on much beyond supreme court rule of 10pm. Noise levels in the room

Prime location on EM Bypass road. New building yet to be opened - after opening it will be the largest hotel in Kolkata. Fully centralised AC. Staffs are well behaved and always helping with multiple languages. Corridor and garderns were excellent for time passing. Last but not the least, food is extremely delicious.
