The best hotel to stay in Kolkata !!! Extremely friendly staff and amazingly delicious food !!!

A bit perplexed at some of the reviews as I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at ITC and will definitely be back again. Beautiful surroundings and the staff were very helpful and courteous. Food was fantastic and the rooms excellent. The hotel is situated in an ideal location for the centre of Kolkata and for the airport and is an oasis of calm in amongst all the mayhem and craziness of this wonderful city - I highly recommend this hotel!

Beds and pillows are super comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. The architecture looks lovely (better than ITC Royal Bengal in my opinion). Staffs were friendly. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended.
