Best hospitality..
Really enjoyed my stay . I was really impressed with the hospitality of ITC kakatiya.
We recieved a warm welcome from anshul kumari from guest relation . She welcomed with a beautiful green silk patta and aati .. it really touched my heart and made me feel special . She made us feel so comfortable.
I really enjoyed my stay rooms very comfortable checking was smooth .
Food was amazing .
Over all it was a amazing experience. Thank you.

Rahul set me up with a splendid room with the town view, guided me on where to head in the city and ensured I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast was extremely sanitary, but a few continental dishes weren't up to the mark. Would love to stay here again the next time I visit the city!

Brilliant ITC property, luxurious. Fully safe, you cannot go to second floor, without the use of lift. An outsider will not be able to find any staircase. And if he doesn't have a room key, he cannot go up the floors also. Delicious food.

Awesome place, food, good environment.... It was really worthy to visit and hang out with your family and friends....
I went to have food in "Deccan Pavilion" which was finger licking good... If you are fan of deserts it will serve you all the delicacy known to you...
It is little expensive compared to other restaurants available in Hyderabad but it was worth to pay ....

I have never written reviews before since I have had no problems faced during my global travels, but this I had no choice for people to know how BAD THE SERVICE IS !

This is one of my worst experience in staying in hotels around the globe!
The customer service sucks at the buffet place and there is no system in place. The wait staff are baised in busy serving the local Indians and totally ignoring the western guests. There was no welcome staff at the entry, so I went to a table myself for good 10 mins with no staff attending after going around the Breakfast buffet. Finally I helped myself with some food. I asked for tea which took good 15 mins to come! and another 10 mins for an order I placed! I felt bad for the western guests who were to fend for themselves since they weren't attended.

That doesn't end there, the night before I went to Marco Polo - the bar and ordered drinks, under captain by Mr Krishna I asked the staff, if I could get peanuts instead of potato chips. The staff said "No, we don't have that. Its only chips" only to find later that another guest was served the PEANUTS. Didn't know where that magically appeared !!

Saga continues, when I ordered for room service for a local meal named: "Chaapa Koora serviced with steamed rice" where the description clearly said ( pic below) that it was lamb. Within few seconds, Mr Shubham called back and said, that the dish I ordered was a Fish not Lamb, where it clearly said in the service directory that it was Lamb. As an outsider, we won't care about the name, but would order according to the description. So i asked him to send me the same description food ( whatever its called). It was difficult for him to understand that and still went on saying that its fish dish! I got it, but I was asking to send something equivalent and that too was a problem!! Finally somehow someone from behind said, its ok and got the meal sent. I understand there could be typos but it could have been easy for them to say " Lamb it is and that could have solved the whole commotion when someone is already pissed off due to an earlier episode"

It was not about the Peanuts and food that I am complaining about. The basis of my complaint is the Service which should be the pillar of any hospitality industry!!

It was chaotic, disorganised, without any system in place and above all, I would warn my western travellers to be treated biased in comparison to the local guest. Hope my experience would help you choose the right hotel if you want to have a peace of mind during your stay.

@ ITC: I would recommend you to send your service staffs for an in-house retraining programs so that they would know how to service the guests efficiently.

I would not ever come back to this ITC hotel !

That said, Must give kudos to Mr Sidharth who was the room service person, who apologized on behalf of the service for no fault of his !

It was great to start the day here, Ambience was awesome, Even the rooms were comfortable. Receptionist was very friendly and extremely helpful. It was a business trip and Services they provide were also good.

The hotel is luxurious and located in the best area of hyd i.e. Begumpet , however it somewhere lacks in the quality and ambiance which is usually best provided by ITC brand.
The staff is extremely professional and corporative, one must try the buffet .

Really amazing experience when entering into hotel. I've attended for Classmate launching program. Food was awesome. Breakfast and lunch I enjoyed a lot. Seminar hall is so spacious with related stalls. I just loved the place.

This is best of best hotels in Hyderabad. Excellent location very close to shopping malls and opposite to CM home. 7 star Customer service who are attentive, courteous and friendly to name one Enakshi (Anna). She has good knowledge about Chinese cuisine and local hot spots too.

This place has best prices lower than Taj and Hyatt having same quality standards. Must visit for sure.

I have been a very loyal and old customer for the past 25 years.

I have used the facilites to entertain my family and guests from all over india /abroad . The standard was good despite an all round decline in india and abroad. My wife and I have visited more than 25 countries and stayed in quite a few 4/5 star hotels.

In view of this background the poor quality of food and service at deccan pavilion yesterday was a shocker and deflated my eagerness to always praise your facilites . My first choice was DP .The family & guests prefer Taj but I was a block in your favour .The dam burst yesterday. The starters were a
terrible let down and I felt ashamed in front of the family .

I am quite confident that none in a big
Organization --ITC -- would even take
