Deccan Pavilion, the pool side were good experiences with dedicated teams making sure that we were well looked after.
Only dissenting note for me was that my colleague and I weren't provided a twin bed option and were constrained to share the queen bed.

Typical super hotel... Attended an event. Banquet halls are very big. Found plastic cover in food they served.

It's a fantastic stay at this hotel centrally located and close to almost everything, just needs a few things to be fixed in the bathroom, the paint is coming off, which is pardonable citing the current pandemic situation.

We had been for the launch of our business establishment, and the arrangements made were just too good. We really felt like we were important and the hospitality rendered was good too! There was a time when I needed some tablets to get over my headache, and the staff were ready to help by procuring them from outside.
Something that annoyed me was the bell that was used to literally chase everyone inside the conference room. Little did they realize that not everyone were whiling away their time, but were in a serious discussion and exchange of ideas. This is a definite NO from such meetings.
One another thing that I faced was with the food that was served. We had to wait for over 5-10 minutes before we received a refill into the trays. SAD and BAD management.
