Good food, great ambience. Ideal place for festivities

Luxurious hotel in the center of Hyderabad. Everyone seems to the extra mile to please you. Good English spoken and a genuine smile. Highly recommended.

Room n all are very nice but there was no free wi do facility and there is network issue in the hotel

I always spend my leisure time at Marco Polo with my friends to have drinks
Anjaneyulu is an asset to your hotel he recognises the guest
Subba reddy makes excellent cocktails with his bar tending skills,must appreciate his work.

One of the best experiences I've had so far. Service is excellent. Excellent breakfast spread. Lovely ambience. People are so friendly and go out of the way to make you feel welcome. Few star hotels where I hv actually enjoyed Indian cuisine.

Wery well maintained hotel. Staff are also very polite and fortunately there are no rodents in the carpet unlike other competitors

Liquor closing before midnight is a big dissapointment.

Limited varieties of food. Not preferrabpe for vegetarians

In middle of city, you have a place to host your event with 10-1000 people in various size halls available

Booked a suite in here and had great expectations however, we faced an issue with the air conditioning system, forcing us to change room in the middle of the night. Still, the management was helpful and was able to respond to our issues and solve them in the best possible ways! Good experience if course, despite of the sour happening!
