It was very nice experience. As the place was very pleasant. I really like the ambiance. I went to the Deccan pavilion. There are many varities of food available, However I count try all of them...I really like the chicken and fish fry. And not to miss the snack and dahivada. They were assum. Thank you for having me. We loved it.

The service is great. The reception and staff are super friendly. And the the minimal tech upgrades they have do e is awesome. The TV mutes everytime you pick up the phone. It is mind blowing. Love it. Great stay. Would love to do another stay cation there.

Went to their signature restaurant "K &K". It was the most succulent mutton biryani I have ever had in my life.their sikandari ran was simply out of this world. Their famous "Dal bukhara" was good but not worth the hype! Had the non-veg thali with 8 different food items. Their starter of burrah kebabs and chicken Tikka was pure heaven Warqi paranthas were outstanding and the kulfi was lipsmacking.At 2200 RS per person, it was surely one of the best meals of my life!!

The hotel has a restaurant called Dakshin. A lovely place to have lunch. Do not miss the prawn preparations! Absolutely amazing and also a little exorbitant.

I loved the pepper chicken (gravy) that was served. Their barbeque chicken was good too. All the no veg items were tasty. The vegetarian was either too sweet or a little sour for our tongue, I think was because they were cooked with the international guests(clientele) in mind.
I went out for a lunch meeting with an uncle of mine, who is a regular at this Hotel, who stays there whenever he's visiting the city.... Now, back to what I loved the most about it. FOOD
The first thing that I was sure, was that I am new to this place, and allowed my uncle to take the lead. We settled in with the order of
1. Kakori Kebab
2. A glass of Fruit Punch Each
3. Mutton Dum Biryani
1. Kakori Kebab: It was out of this world..... It was juicy, soft, perfectly cooked - just short of being over-cooked, and served with the Sheermal, and cut lemons. The sheermal was a little bit on the stretchy side, but was okay. But the Kebab was an awesome experience in the recent times.
2. Fruit Punch: The second best Fruit Punch I ever had in my life. I loved the way I was able to feel about 3 - 4 varieties of fruits when I was drinking. It was scintillating feeling in my already rumbling tummy. I just felt it was a bit too sweet than I would have liked it, and informed the chef of the same too, when he approached us a little later, for a quick review.
3. Mutton Dum Biryani: I am not an ardent fan of MUTTON, but I do know when it is cooked perfectly and tastes good. This one was almost there, but I felt it was taken off the stove in a hurry to be served a little too early, Because the meat was a bit hard. Or may be I felt it that way thanks to the amazingly soft Kakori Kebab I had earlier. But, I loved the taste of the DUM in the biryani, and also the flavour of the mutton along with the Dum was much more tasty than I had anticipated.
On the whole, I should say, I had an awesome meal, with one of my favourite uncles on that fortunate day. I'd love to go back there..... Definitely for the Kebab, and the next time I go there, I'd want to be able to try more varieties of Kebabs too.
Hope I get to go there the next time with my Desi Foodies team, when we meet up sometime soon. Looking forward for some response from the Zomatoans of Hyderabad!!!!

A hotel built and maintained like a palace. The glossy marble floor, exquisite flower decoration, well trained staff at your service, wonderful interiors ... all these make this hotel as best of my choices in Hyd to stay. Worth the stay, but prices are lil high.
Decent hotel apart from the reception area rest of the staff are cheap normal paid workers.
But they charge exhubarant for the same.

A fav place of mine being a Club ITC member, enjoy the food and the ambience here, multiple restaurants and cusines to select from. Might be a bit heavy on pocket but that's fine taking the service taste of food and ambience.
This is the best hotel of Hyderabad, top quality hotel, the staff of ITC Kakatiya or excellent, the rooms are very clean and clear, awesome swimming pool.

Been there for a corporate event. One of the finest hotels in Hyderabad. Parking space is not good as we need to park our two wheelers on a roadside that too in a narrow curve road. Food options were good and bouquet Hall was nice. For the first time I heard that there's not allowed to sing Hindi songs in banquet hall

Hotel Interiors is excellent but food taste is not even average. Vast improvement is need in food taste.
Great colonial style hotel downtown Hyderabad. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but a little dated. Our rooms and the bathrooms were very clean.
The pool is a little odd shaped and is a rest area for many birds, but the pool is cleaned frequently.
All staff are very courteous and helpful.
There are two lounges, one business lounge on the ground floor and one executive lounge on the top floor, which also serves some food and drinks.
SPG Platinum recognition is good. We got upgraded and breakfast was complementary.
Front desk needs a major overhaul in staff training and check-in process. Property is amazing without a doubt, best location in the city. The massage chair in the room was an advantage, I wish it is well maintained. My chair didn't work well. Food was good, croissant is soft as cotton. I wish I met the chef who made the croissant and thank him.
We're here off of reward points, But! This place is the bomb! We have a pool view, and extremely exquisite staff. Food is another level. Just look at the photos below!
ITC hotels never compromise on anything so it is. Food ambience place location everything is perfect here. Also specially cooked mutton biryani by recommendations of Mr Sankalp Vishnu is mouth watering. Going to visit this place again for food. Bobbattu here is best in the town, it is served with ghee.
From My check in to check out the whole experience was great . i was greeted by one of the the attended called cheshta. i never got a chance to think that the check in counter was busy and after that i have given a company till room and all the amenities has been explained . the room view was really great and the break fast as well. the room interior is as good as it should be and what some one can think ITC should give . each and everything was well planed and take care . i will definitely will come back soon for my next business trip and stay here only.
I loved the food but the staff is very useless and doesn't reply to queries during stay off IPL. THEY ARE IN THEIR OWN WORLD AND DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THE CUSTOMER WHO COMES ALL YEAR ROUND
