Nice place for a stay in Hyderabad. Swimming pool was under renovation so we couldn't use it. The hotel is old I suppose needs some refurbishment

I have ordered chilli chicken n pasta with mix sauce. Chilli chiken is fine but pasta is totally dissatisfied n disappointed us.

Worst experience of my lifetime!!!
Went for 31st Night Party and Dinner and it turned out to be a nightmare....irrespective of having Gala dinner and Dance Party booking the staff harassed me and wife while having dinner, including Sai Bhaskar and other waiters turn by turn harrased by asking about our booking even though we showed the wrist band Sai Bhasker reapeatly argued with us then I had to take him to counter to show my paid receipts.
We choose ITC Kakatiya to celebrate new year 2018 but spent my memorable time in argument with F&B Staff Sai Bhasker!
Such staff spoiles the reputation of Brand like ITC, it takes years to build a brand but not even a second to damage it which was done today by the team of F&B department.
Would never visit or recommend any of my friends or colleagues to visit ITC Kakatiya for any occasions.

Beautiful architecture, good location and pretty good food.

Food is not so good. The facilities provided are no match to the kind of money they charge. Suggest you to go any 2-3 star hotel. You can save some money and get the same facilities!

It's a really nice experience for me and my family. Entire staff members are really good and supportive. Specially Ms. Anshul is really help us from Check in to Check out process. She is really caring and support to my all family Including small children. A food is also nice. Great Experience so Excellent rating from my entire family .

Excellent hotel of all time! Best food here at Kebabs restaurant. If you love lamb then don't miss Kakori kabab! You'll never taste it better anywhere. Deccan pavilion has the best continental options too. Love the design and interiors of the hotel, pure white marble and extremely well polished! Great staff. 5 Star for sure!

Came to dean pavilion to get coffee and snack. Most noisiest place I have been top in a five star hotel. I wish they had closed the place for cleaning and served coffee in the lounge. Totally disappointed.
