Maybe one of the best hotels in all Hyderabad. Nicest staff. And quite frankly I haven't stayed here but I come often for lunch and meetings. Their spread for lunch is amazing and the board rooms are tip top. I really like their business centre as well. The only downside is the cost. They take 40 Rs. for a black and white printout.

Parking area wash room very durty you have to clean please.

Its good but the security is stoping for bikers also this is bad

It was a conference. The venue was too cold and we had to ask them to switch off the ac. Food was good. Specially kasmiri pulav.

Very old hotel. The lobby looks great and has been refurbished but the rooms have not been touched in decades. Housekeeping could be improved, when I checked in, the ornamental bowl in my room had salt and empty packets in it and the bed sheets had stains

ITC always have a flair to satisfy the needs of their customers.....its their innate talent whichever industry they may be in. Keeping the current conditions in mind, the way they are maintaining the Procedures are amazing and the care taken by them is too good. Spacious rooms with excellent cuisine great artistic interiors .....a feel good factor always and in all ways.

I was here during a conference, Hotel is awesome full of luxuries.

Awesome place ,a bit old fashioned. Very friendly, responsible and caring staff. Awesome food which is I know believe to be like a trade mark of the ITC Brand. The suites are very comfortable with smart controlers. Ideally one of the best places to stay at Hyderabad.

Great ambience, awesome interiors and noble staffs. Attended workshops several times. Well maintained audio visual systems. Enjoyed the food over here.

If you're hungry late at night into the early hours... Try their mutton biryani , it's amazing

The staff are very welcoming, and the amenities are absolutely fantastic! The premises itself is great for weddings, business and vacations. The hotel rooms themselves are immaculate and we'll decorated. A must!

Being a chain of ITC group hotels, Kakatiya stands out with it's ambience, food menu & space.

Its always a pleasant to stay whenever in Hyderabad. The staff are very courteous and give attention to your minor needs.

Just stayed for a day & had a tasty and most famous item in this region "The Biryani", it tasted exactly the way it should have been. Awesome.

One of the oldest fancy hotels in Hyderabad, and still popular. You can tell why though - prestine property, courteous staff and a wonderful restaurant called Dakshin.

no wifi in hotel to book a Ola cab. Manager said wifi is only for hotel guests. 5 star hotel without basic facility to book a cab. Should have given free wifi for 2-5 mins.

Amazing hotel the 14th floor had the best rooms. It's centrally located and it's best to use ubers to get around the city. The morning breakfast is a must have with a variety of Indian and western delicacies. The best cheese omelettes (made by a lady chef) and there filter coffee. The staff is courteous and professional. They also have two lovely restaurants in house called Dakshin and Kebabs & Curries. We enjoyed our self's and will definitely make ITC or go to hotel.

Good place to visit.... There is a restaurant named dakshin it has all kinds of South Indian food it just tastes awesome....

Midnight buffet @Deccan Pavilion was not upto the mark. Haleem was pretty good and it was a down hill from there...

1. If you are looking for fun time for kids in hyderabad then Kakatiya is not the place. It presents the elegance and traditional qualities og twin city.
2. A quite property where u relax and enjoy the hospitality like nawabs.
3. Very friendly and helpful staff... whether at the desk or in the restraunts.
4. Property is Old so u may hv some issues with the wash rooms.
5. Food is good but after 3-4 days monotonous. But chefs will definitely satisfy your taste buds. In deserts Sewaiyaan.. was awesome.
