Perfect place for a business meeting over lunch buffet. Central , convenient and comfortable!

Nice place place hangout, food is good and the place is so neat and clean

I went along with office colleagues for dinner, had high expectations of the hotel, but got disappointed, good service, courteous staff..pleasant ambience and sitting area of the Deccan pavilion, but okay starters and main course..disappointed with the taste..but yes desserts were awesome and compensated for the tasteless food.

Amazing food. There was some Kashmari food festival. Amazing food.

With proper location,easily accessable to many places in the city

Ok hotel, went there for corporate meet. Nothing fancy.

We went there pretty late and the service was terrible. The waiter didn't come for 20 minutes and got the drinks another half hour later. There were too many mosquitoes outside and they didn't do anything about it.
Also, food options were limited - Kebabs and Crispy chicken. We thought "Who could mess up crispy chicken" and the answer was "They can"

Was attending a wedding and it was very nice. Staff was courteous. Great ambience and interory. 5 star . Loved it.

Had a nice stay. Personalized services. Good spread of food. Very nice ambience and service staff.

Classic hotel with great hospitality.
Located at one of the prime locations of the city. City traffic is unavoidable and best time to visit places should be before/ after peak hours (Morning 8-11 and Evening 5-9).
Spacious and luxurious rooms with comfortable stay. Few eateries nearby but most of them are overtly priced.
Limited parking but personally never faced this problem.

The banquet hall (Hydermahal) is comfortable enough for a gathering not exceeding 400.The hospitality and service found to be excellent. You can always coordinate with the cooperative chefs in advance for the cuisine palatable to the targeted guests.

Went here for a Sunday Brunch. The cost of the buffet was about INR 2700 all inc. We got 10% discount. We entered the hotel and since its ITC as expected the interiors were fabulous. Very grand feeling. But the restaurant was not very impressive. Just like any other upscale eatery.
I called here to check for bookings and discounts some told me that he would call back but I never got a callback. So I called back again and confirmed my booking. After having food I saw some error in the bill so called to confirm with the restaurant again someone promised a callback but no callback. This was an unpleasant experience.
Anyways, coming to the food. The brunch starts with some clear chicken soup. Starters like Teriyaki Chicken, Basa Fish, Grilled Prawns, Baby corn etc. The starters were good. The main course spread was good. Nihari, mutton biryani, kung pao chicken were good. I liked the Jhinga palak but I think the palak was not washed properly and it could be felt while chewing. Desserts had a good mix of Indian desserts and pastries.
Overall the experience was not so great. And I would not recommend spending INR 2700 for brunch at Deccan Pavilion.

The Kakatiya has always had great ambience, great food and awesome.service. One of my favorite hotels in the city. I have never been disappointed on any of my visits.

My favourite restaurant is kebabs & kurries. Love the mutton rann there. Also Dakshin is highly recommended for a good soulful fixed menu. Great place for business dinner and meetings
