Apartment was great, beautiful view, lovely space. Stayed in the hotel, room overlooking the car park. Was all inclusive but I was not impressed. Very strange as basically it's all the same complex. If I book again would be the apartment on half board

Food great hotel lovely sea view rooms have amazing views , dropped a star as the pool isnt private enough and you cant have pink gin on the all inclusive (although the Spanish have their own )handy having the gym as it was bad weather so we used it a few times . Very steep outside aswell my mum slipped and busted her ankle when it rained .
The rooms and facilities are very good. The divine pool, the mini club has a very good schedule. It is very well located in Palmanova, close to a promenade full of restaurants and spectacular views, .In bus to Palma 45 minutes approx.Very difficult Parking in the area, impossible to get place in the hotel
Arrived late in the evening and the receptionist was lovely to send us for food before the restaurant closed, and return to check-in after. Stayed in the Suites building. Had a corner unit with 2 balconies, kitchenette (with hob, cutlery, cookware, fridge etc), dining/lounge area. TV in lounge and bedroom. The bedroom had no mirror, only one in the bathroom. The shower was great..large shower head. Rooms were clean on arrival but the floors weren't cleaned even though someone came in every day. You really need to wear slippers or your feet are always filthy. The Suite building had its own pool area/sun loungers, bar, and snack bar with chef serving hot snacks. A lifeguard was always there keeping an eye out too.
All inclusive: meals, snacks and select drinks even some cocktails. The dining hall had a nice display and good selection of foods including vegetarian, gluten free and lactose free. Plenty of space for seating and families.
Entertainment was on every evening but I didn't attend any. Pool tables in main hotel and Suite building. Gym in main building and outside gym equipment on-site too. The pools were all nice. The whole place seemed generally clean. Easy access to the beach, and lots of shops around with a different beach past the shops.
Enjoyed my stay at the resort and would come back with my family. Thank you to all the staff who were all very nice.
Good hotel but could have done with a bar for adults to go in as there is only one bar which is for all the families that have children as all entertainment is most for them.
A nice hotel with a sort of small beach below which, however, has the problem of always having ships ahead. Just in front there is also a beautiful infinity pool and an open bar. We didn't stay here but we took advantage of the bathrooms on the ground floor that invite excellent cleaning of almost public bathrooms
I want to give a single star in protest, this because the location, the location and the structure as a whole are good, but there are very negative aspects that I will explain immediately. 1) uncooperative reception staff, plus they speak two languages English and Spanish, I asked if there was someone who spoke Italian or Russian but nothing, but the problem was not that the requests we made such as the change of room before due to noise, and the change of the mattress after they were not made ... moreover we pointed out the little cleaning done in the rooms, and the catering part that even in that case with little attention to the cleaning of the dishes! In essence, of all we said and complained the reaction was zero! In short, for a structure that could give its customers a lot, the result was a bit disappointing ... sin, we hope it gets better complaining
We have just spent 10 nights here, and I must say the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and so homely to stay in, very modern and clean. It is located in a lovely convenient spot in Palma nova near everything! Although I wouldn't trust the staff here! We had our room door left open by a maid after it had been cleaned half way through our holiday, but luckily nothing got taken. Then on our last day waiting for our transfer coach, I had my purse and mobile phone stolen from my bag after been watched by a member of the reception all morning and been very friendly with me he was the only man out there! After this incident the himself and the other reception lady was very rude and denied having cctv until I showed them the cctv sign outside the hotel and then they refused to show me it! Both staff members were very unhelpful and acted as if I was crazy!
Absolutely brilliant hotel. Exceptionally clean. Very friendly staff and the food is second to none. Rooms are clean and airy with very comfortable beds and plenty of room.
We arrived at around 3am and was greeted by an elderly man on the reception desk, after talking to him for several minutes and noticing that he was taking incredibly long to get us all booked into our rooms, we realized that he was surely drunk, he smelt strongly of alcohol and had a lot of trouble getting his sentences out. We were in the reception for a solid hour before the man finally gave us our keys and wristbands. He gave silver wristbands (18+ wristbands) to two of us that were 16 and 17, and did not check to make sure we were of age.
The hotel itself however, is beautiful, very modern and pleasing to look at, the location was great and very close to any activities/shops we were interested in. The food was very nice, there was always a decent selection, the chefs and waiters were always polite and friendly and it made for a good time.
The pool was always very crowded, there were so many people cramped into such a small place it became very difficult to enjoy my time spent there. It was normally very loud and I at times found it more relaxing and enjoyable to just sit in my room for the majority of the day.
When it came to the evening it was a whole other story, it wasn't as crowded around the bar by the outside pool so it was quite easy to find a seat and sit down with your friends/family, however the night entertainment made it impossible to enjoy having a relaxing evening at the hotel. It was always incredibly loud to the point where you had to shout just to be able to hear each other. Going to the upstairs bar wasn't any help either as it's even more packed and equally as loud.
The majority of the staff were polite, food was great, hotel was visually appealing, but this was far from a relaxing holiday by the sea.
Very disappointing. Although the hotel is nice and in a good location, the attention of the employees is really lacking. They are inefficient and dismissive, and with few exceptions, they are unfriendly. The concept of customer service is conspicuous by its absence, while staff work hard to annoy customers at every step with Covid routines, which they break when it is their job to do so.
Very good hotel. Staff very friendly and available. The infrastructure is very new and beautiful. Good food and the main swimming pool is very good. Two things I didn't like: 1. it's incredible how the swimming pool closes at 18h00pm when is still a lot of the afternoon to enjoy and we have to get out 2. One of the lifeguards was not very friendly and even rude. The management should take this into consideration.
First impressions of this hotel are fantastic with the beautiful seaside views, everything else is sub standard, awful food and rude bar/food hall staff.
Staying for one week. There is a wide variety of food and the room had been upgraded for free. Right on the beach front so couldn't really ask for more.
Great on every level. Certainly no complaints. The magaluf area had bad press a while ago but I never saw any wayward goings on. Brilliant. Thank you. We will book again
Unforgettable views, "great service", great buffet but argh, lacked free water for the food. The room was embarrassingly clean, might well recommend Aula to most ordinary people.
Location was a bit hilly, but there was a lift in the suites part of the hotel, which helped avoid the hills. Room was spacious with beds that are much more comfortable than most hotels we have stayed at. Food was varied and of a good quality, would definitely recommend.
Love this hotel. It is probably my favourite because of the proximity to the beach .However the hill up is quite steep of you don't use the lift. Could do with a second lift. Only problem I would have is its quite expensive to stay in. Otherwise a beautiful bay hotel.
One of the best holidays I had ever been on the food is lovely just like some english food the pizza is amazing 9/10 the staff are lovely and are always friendly to talk to the rooms are good and your room can be tidied everyday if you want I would also recommend going all inclusive if you booked a holiday to here the outside area is nice with a kids swimming pool and a normal swimming pool there is also a kids area
Keep up the good work everyone hopefully I will be back in the future
Arrived home from week stay yesterday . Had sea view room which was a brilliant and had had nice modern clean room. Room service made beds and change towels every day . The staff in hotel really friendly . Two good sized pools , but could of done with been heated because they were cold. Only slight negative was food was bit repetitive had fry up every day , the diner was bit basic .
Where to start? Perhaps the lack of help from the staff as my wife and I tried to lug our 3 large suitcases up the steep entrance to the lobby along with our 14 month old daughter in her buggy. Or perhaps the fact they put us in a "family room" directly under the disco so we had loud music through till 11.30 at night. Or perhaps the fact our room was on a floor where we had multiple steps to navigate with a toddler. Or maybe the fact our room wasn't ready to check into due to needing cleaning, when it finally was, we found a load of dead flies in the the corner, stains on the ceiling, dirty window sills and a level of cleanness to rival a veteren tramps underpants. Throw in a generally poor attitude from the front desk when we asked for help to our room and I'd be pretty comfortable saying we won't return. If you choose to visit though, please enjoy
Excellent stay here for our second time. Great hotel, very comfortable, friendly staff, and what a view. If possible get a premium room as these rooms offer the best views and most comfort.
My first holiday alone and really enjoyed my stay at Alua Hawaii. Got a sea view single room which was very clean but only negative as no fridge as broken a few weeks earlier. Just home after a relaxing week and loved watching thunder storm. Made welcome on arrival by Rory fellow Scot. Thinking of booking same time next year. Thank you from Eric Mcewan Edinburgh
The Hotel is right on the seafront with exceptional views of Palma Nova Beach, the Beach is just a 2 minute walk away. All of the staff in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The pool area is lovely and there is a large area next to the pool bar away from the pool. The variety of food is great and there are chefs every day cooking a variety of things at request, and the wine is bottled rather than from a machine. The bar serves several branded drinks as all inclusive i.e. smirnoff, Bailey's etching. I would definitely recommend this Hotel.
Simply, it has all the necessary factors I would tick as a family, location is great far from noisy clubs and.have great view to the see which not all will have this view from their bedroom but still you enjoy the terrace and the pool I'm that side , also they have amother private pool which is in the suite area in another building where you can have more of the shades and family feeling with less noise. Food selection is great though people waste aloy of food which I don't like but anyway you will have a very big seltipn of all kind of food in all meals , activities all over the week for all family members. I would get highly recommend for both families and couples .
Beautiful place to stay in Mallorca. However this was spoilt by the rude service of the waitresses which was appalling behaviour not expected at all-stay clear of a particular one named Yolanda she was extremely rude & should be sacked! Other than this everything else was fine shame Cos would not return there again now due to that experience.
On holiday here with the other half. I must say it's easily the best hotel I've stayed in within Majorca! Nothing is ever a problem to the staff whom are all friendly and polite! Food is of a good standard with plenty of options to choose from. I'm a junior suite and I regret not paying a little more for to be in main block to have a beautiful see view! I'll be back without a doubt! On the up side the pool in the suite block is less crowded with the snack bar being there also, not to the mention the sun loungers are of a different class! The sky bar is a must (adults only bar) view from there is absolutely beautiful.
Personally I can't fault the hotel or stay. I'd like to thank them all for such an enjoyable time!
Great location. Excellent food. Very nice apartments. Kids club. Fairly quiet location for being so close to Magaluf. Very child and family friendly. No party madness. Beautiful views. Bar closes 11.30 sharp though!
It's all OK. But the food is not good here. You even have to pay for the drinks while eating. And you have to feel like paying for everything here. They do not even give you the safe for free. You pay 4 euros so you can use the safe one day.
The hotel and the food is lovely, the entertainment to a good selection of drinks in all inclusive, The lovely sandy beach is just minutes to walk, but we had some bad issues and this is why i will probably not come back. We went to alua Hawaii last August and it was exactly in that time the elevator broken because the water come out from the ceiling so we was going to the pool using the outside steps about 3 -4 times a day because the kids club was there to. Then another issue was our room was situated right on top of the kitchen and 4 in the morning the fridges And probably cockers Started to work the noise was very loud and we had door window close but still was very loud. Then what I really feel sorry for I never new we could go on the building on the back of the main building for snacks and entertainment and more pools, because we arrived at the hotel at 3 in the morning we have buy with TUI so i am not sure who to blame for that the hotel staff or the TUI staff but we only find out literally in the last minute when we was waiting outside for the bus to pick as up. The cleaning is 3 out of 5 because we normaly keep clean the rooms even when we are away but they see it clean so they only did the bed and wipe the floor in the shower the toilet wasn t wipe every time but we were on holiday so was still ok for me that i didn t want to complain. If we didn t had this all going on we will definitely come back i love the beach food and entertainment staff, i will try to look for something the same.
Lovely hotel with fantastic view of the sea from the bar. Staff are all friendly. Entertainment is good, could be a bit more of it though as there was 1 thing in the night for a hour. There is a wide range of food which changes each day! Got 2 different buildings, we stayed in the suite one across the road so not sea views but was good enough with it's own pool. It was my birthday while we were out there and we returned to the suite and there was a bottle on champagne and 2 glasses waiting for us, which was a delight as I didnt tell anyone it was my birthday so they obviously keep check on their guests :) Suite building has a roof top bar but that's not part of the all inclusive for drinks. Only down fall is we stayed in a suite and the wall where you sleep leading to the outside is like a sheet of paper. So everything is very noisy even with all windows closed and theres a small breeze that constant comes in from the door. Not too bad in the hot season but bad during the cold nights. Other than that it is a very nice hotel.
