Beautiful views from hotel but hotel its self was a little poor.

This hotel is clean and friendly. Breakfast was okay. Close to the sea and good restaurants near by.

Thank you for a brilliant week away. The rooms, poolside and restaurant areas were amazingly clean. The whole family had a fabulous, safe and happy break. It was our daughters birthday (23) and a bottle of champagne was left for her. What a thoughtful gesture.
We will be back.

Lovely hotel. Food was good too. Just shame about the entertainment not being that great or varried. Plus pool could of been heated in the colder months too especially for the grade of hotel.

Stayed at hotel from 3rd September for 9 nights on B&B basis. The rooms that we had both had sea views and were comfortable. The shower was very good (no bath) The hotel is a short distance from the beach which you can access via the front of the property, downhill walk or via pool area which involves going over some decking at the side of beach bar cafes.
The breakfast was very nice with huge choice. My only complaint being the orange juice which was nasty stuff and not fresh. They had fresh fruit including orange and grapefruit segments. Melon was lovely.
The hotel is very clean and staff helpful. Bar area with terrace over looking the bay.
Negative points:

2. We did not like wearing breakfast wrist bands, it cheapened the experience.Perhaps security could be improved and another system put in place
3. No privacy with glass shower room door, it's OK for couples but with no lock not ideal for two friends sharing.
4. The dining room (canteen) gets very busy and some days noisy, the dress code of some diners at breakfast was awful, shame hotel can't insist people make more effort and should ban the wearing of football shirts etc. Also why do parents let their kids bring back piles of sweet stuff and then they don't eat everything! The hotel must get a lot of waste.
5. The pool area facing out to sea has an annoying kids play area with a coconut tree with buckets hanging down that fill up with water then empty... After a while the noise gets on your nerves.
6. The beach has a lot of sun beds,, some seen better days.
7.The sea is full of plastic and litter, you have to wonder what the sea quality is like! I pulled out loads of stuff, clearly the authorities have a problem which for sea life and visitors needs to be addressed.
8. You can access the sea from the pool area in two places, one from some steps at side of pool and a small shore area at the rear of sun terrace, the shore had litter and litter left behind rocks. You really need sea shoes to get into the water as its very stoney and has large stones and rocks on sea bed.
I would give this hotel 3.8 out of 5.

Rooms, staff, services and food all fantastic, coffee is wick, but every thing else is first class.

Not 4 Star but probably 3. Wrist bands are issued to all residents. Brown if you are self catering, this means you pay 15 Euro for 2 Bacardi and cokes. Bathroom is lovely but kitchen is sadly lacking, no shelves in the fridge.

Hotel good. The food is delicious. Housekeeping tragic.

Beautiful location, worth having the premium sea view room, balcony to retire to whenever you want. Good is good, changes every day. Only 2 cocktails included in all inclusive, but good selection of other drinks. Near the beach, 5 min walk Magaluf strip, you can go, or not even know it's there. WiFi a bit patchy but saved by new EU roaming rules.

Stayed at this hotel for 7 nights all inclusive and I couldn't have picked a better hotel! The hotel was lovely, we even got upgraded to a suite in arrival. There was a lot of variety for food and drinks. I only have 2 negatives and there not even that big! 1. Whenever we had a shower it would make the whole bathroom floor really wet, but it was dried by the maids every morning. 2. The entertainment was they had on was good quality with thing from flamenco dancing and a good rock band. I feel the entertainment could be on for longer as it only runs from 9:30pm - 10:30pm and then after that you are just sat in a quiet bar!
Apart from those 2 slight negatives we had a great experience, all of the staff were helpful and polite even sorted us some food out on our first night as our flight didn't get in until 23:30.

A little lame cleaning in the room, but noticed it only for one employee. Parking is usually no problem. The hotel is great and highly recommended! We were there for a week during Corona and the staff pays great attention to cleanliness and regularly cleans the building, including the pool and the entrance area.

You need 30 minutes max from the airport to the hotel (about 30-40 by taxi)

The food was very international. Don't expect Spanish food. I would not recommend lunch which you can book for 20 a day. Breakfast and evening are more than enough.

The rooms are big enough with a sofa bed and a table and chair. We had a balcony which faced the sea. New towels are provided daily. Each room has a safe available free of charge and you don't have to pay extra for the Internet.

It takes about 25 minutes to drive to Palma.

Alua Hawaii Mallorca & Suites is located in beautiful Palma Nova in Mallorca. Recently renovated 4-star hotel, adapted to Covid19 needs, every room is sanitized, there are dispensers for sanitizing gel everywhere, even in the elevators. At the restaurant and throughout the structure you can go around with a mask on, there is no longer a buffet but there are single portions for self service while for hot dishes made at the moment you have to be served by the cooks. Clean and spacious rooms, modern bathrooms, sheets and towels changed daily. Strategic location just 200m from the beach, the hotel has a beautiful swimming pool, I recommend it.

Mallorca beautiful island I stayed in Alua Hawaii, very welcoming place friendly and helpful staff. But I have to say that despite being in Spain I felt a lot about the imbalance of languages, mostly English rather than Spanish, but it's not a big problem. Instead the animators who are of international origin are very good with them there is no problem of communication they speak 3 or 4 each they know how to do us and other places where I went they are well trained. The best I've had at least, don't miss the. Their sensational interpretation of Micle Jackson. "The environment is very beautiful and modern. Perhaps the showers are special, in addition to the 2 swimming pools there are also 2 access to the sea with a private access and a beautiful and small and very intimate pebble beach.

Attention very noisy, impossible to rest, the picture is misleading, when we arrived we had the bad surprise to be housed in another building without a view of the bay on the other side of the street, sound insulation there is none, the cleaning starts a little before 7 am (the maids come back without knocking), otherwise the geographical location is ideal between the beach of palmanova and that of magaluf, the pools are large but closed from 18h.

Nice relaxed atmosphere, good food, but a little expensive.

Very good restaurant, lovely staff, clean pool, great location,swimming in the warm sea is amazing so pack your snorkel. Unfortunately the lift from reception to the pool (6 floors) was not working for our weeks stay!

Long chose the hotel. In the end, chose Alua Hawaii with half board. The first dinner we were pleasantly surprised by the variety. A lot of fruit, meat dishes and seafood. Themed dinners are held several times a week - there was a chocolate fountain and a mountain of furkts, even turkey and sushi. For 4 euros per person, you can order unlimited access to 3 types of wine, champagne and beer. If you take food "all inclusive", then pay for this option is not necessary. The breakfasts were not so varied, but it was impossible for the hungry to leave. The rooms were cleaned every day and changed the bed linen. There is a kettle, tea, coffee, cream and sugar. We were at the end of the season and at this time here is quiet and peaceful. Many families with children and retirees from Europe. The location of the hotel is quite good, we had a balcony overlooking the sea. 3 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes walk to the bus stop, there is a large supermarket Eroski in 15 minutes walk. Friendly staff. We all enjoyed it. Hotel with real 4 stars!

Decent rooms, stayed in the junior suites which were nice clean and modern. Entertainment enough for the kids. Food not to bad. Lovely views with nice pools. Family orientated resort, within spitting distance of magaluf but you wouldn't know it until you take a wrong turn.

We stayed last year. Hotel is fantastic. Staff all brilliant and very helpful. The buffets are second to none. Lots of choices and all delicious. We first stayed at this hotel when in our thirties - (30 years ago ) and we have already booked to return this September 2016. We have requested the same room that we had last year - room 719. We cant wait and every day mark off the calendar

Been to many local hotels and this is now my favourite despite the leak at the bottom of the stairs. Good choice of food every meal time. Enough to drink on all inc. Lovely rooms for families and generally a nice hotel once you get used to layout. My new favourite

Lifts are tiny... So if coming with children make sure it's an easy pram to use. But other than that the hotel is stunning, the view is stunning staff are lovely.

Utterly rude and unreasonable staff despite maybe 1 person, everyone we have encountered during our stay has ruined our experience with their unwelcoming approach despite 1 male staff member in the bar who was kind (I think his name was olvio?)
Upon arrival our safe was not working, so after ringing reception and being told it would take 10 mins to get help, we waited 30 mins for the technician to come up just to put in a 4 digit code to reset the safe!

Overall:
As a young couple, we enjoy the modern design of the hotel, and how close it is to the town! In terms of the adult bar, staff have been neither accommodating or even kind but rather rude and blunt; treating us with little respect! with a few overall changes it has some potential. As all inclusive guests I find it would be more value for money to book a stay as half board guests instead considering the quality of food and drink on the all inclusive basis!( not even any water for the room!)

If you re here to avoid any simple human interaction, or just wanting to take nice pictures.. then I d recommend!

We were not allowed to drink something in this bar. The service or the sick are high-quality but you can not drink as a hotel guest barely there in the evening because there is an on-site evening program and there it is very very loud and you hardly understand such a word. In addition, every evening also a children's program which is very loud. As a non-hotel guest, I would not go there anymore. Still, the drinks and service were good.

Brilliant 10 days in may 2018 hotel food and staff lovely. This was our 4th year running at hotel and we will be back again next may. The entertainment was rubbish only a couple of nights with decent acts on.

Great hotel in a fantastic location close to both palma nova and magaluf. Only downside was nightime entertainment was very poor

This hotel is pretty awesome! There is a large variety of food, there are many tourist attractions to visit, the actual hotel looks stunning and you can get amazing ocean views. This is perfect for anyone who likes photography, or if you generally like aesthetically pleasing places.

Though, I highly suggest that you come here in June, July or August to get the full experience. Since this Spain is known for being a hot country, the pools are particularly cold, but on my vacation here it has been windy and cold, which has prevented us from entering the pool.

Other than that, it's pretty much everything you could hope for.

Depending on what wristband you wear (the price varies), you get different privileges.
We have all inclusive wristbands, which are dark, metallic green for adults, and orange for children. The difference being that the adults can have alcoholic drinks and the children can't.
