Very welcoming, clean and spacious rooms in a great location. All Inclusive is a plus but not necessary with Palma Nova and Magaluf close by

This is a lovely hotel with lovely staff!
Arrival was good with prompt check-in.
There was cava on ice and grapefruit water ready for you to help your self. And also a jar of cookies and fruit to choose from.

The room was spacious with a lovely bathroom and a stunning sea view.

Pool is great, and yes you do have to queue for a sun bed, but it was very achievable.
The pool also has some steps nearby so you can swim directly into the sea.

Food in the restaurant was lovely with lots to choose from and i am gluten free.
The staff here were very efficient and always welcomed you upon arrival to the restaurant.

There is also a sister hotel to the back of the main hotel that has snacks and drinks in the all inclusive deal, and you can also swim in the pool there.

The bar staff work extremely fast, so the small queues went down and the drinks were extremely generous in what you get.

The gym is small but fit for use on holiday, but can get busy around 9am.

Our room did have a slight smell occasionally from the aircon, but this is what is filtered through the system from the sea air and does not happen always. This did not bother us in the end.

I can quite honestly say that this hotel is a little gem in a prime location, all the staff work tirelessly each and every day.
Everyone was polite and we loved the animation team with all the activities they put on.

A lovely new and clean hotel. Beachside with amazing views of boats, beach and sea. Great location for excursions. Recommend the day trip to Palma City.

Stayed at this lovely clean hotel in September. Had to mention the animation team , Simone in particular, he was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for him. He was always working hard, was very friendly and funny and a pleasure to meet. He really made our holiday enjoyable.
He is certainly a great asset to the hotel.

Hotel in fantastic area and whole family loved stay

I could not recommend this hotel enough, this will be our 3rd time returning on the 7th May. They have been so accommodating upon every visit, the hotel is clean with beautiful rooms. Cleaners do an excellent job of making the room spotless every single day. The nightlife & surrounding areas is definitely not short of activities & restaurants. Perfect for kids, big families & EVERYBODY ELSE.

Went there on a family holiday with around 9 adults in total. The staff were very helpful and the views from the sea rooms were very nice. The pool is smaller than I was expecting and the food (breakfast and dinner) was very repetitive...we were half board and didn't feel like we should waste the opportunity of free breakfast and dinner, but next time would go self accomodation and have breakfast and dinner out.

Nice hotel, stuff , perfect location. Be carefull of the mosquitous only in the room next to rocks. They should also change the detergents for desinfections cause I couldnt breath first hour once I get in to the room, pure chemicals. All The rest was good. I Can fully recomend this hotel. Regards.

Booked this holiday thinking was staying in the main hotel with the lovely pictures on the web, was very misled and put into the
Apartment blocks with noisy dogs barking all night long from neighbours next door also woke up by the cleaners scrubbing the floor outside our room at 6am every day. Did ask for a move to the main block and no response back or communication will not book again.

Love this hotel my family have been going 2-3 times a year gor 17 year's.
But prices have now got too high many people we know who went to the Hawaii year after year are now going to other hotels.
Such a shame as so many people new each other.

Forgotten to write a review on last rating I went here a few months back with my partner and son we really needed a break from a lot of things and this place was recommended by family and set friends . We all had a amazing time I was worried with the reviews about staff being rude and so on so I was ready if they became rude or not pleasant but to my surprise they was lovely helpful everythin went just how we needed it food amazing mostly different every time my son is picky but managed to eat at each sit down so that was good drinks are fine not sure why people have mentioned about that if it's all inclusive you get what you want obviously some come at charge but says all that on the menu's that are left out hotel was clean entertainment for kids and adults but entertainment can be bit dated but thats fine as still good to watch all staff tried their best and some was funny messing about pulling facing doing dancing with the kids thanks for are break here we will come again as are experience was brilliant if I have to put 1 negative its that we didn't no where most of the craft and activates was that's on the wall some staff didn't no aswell but that's all wasn't a big deal

The hotel itself is very nice clean and the staff are very helpful. The food is superb with a wide choice of food. We booked a superior junior suite and on arrival found it was in an annex with no views whatsoever. The hotel itself is on the outskirts of Palma Nova and situated on a steep hill in fact it is closer to Maguluf than the centre of Palma Nova.

The best thing about this hotel is the views, the layout is strange but you get used to it, food ok not the best. We ate out couple of nights food little better at lunch times

We are currently at this hotel the weather's not great but not the hotel's fault but there have been numerous complaints about the lack of entertainment and indoor activities we've heard from other guests that this used to be a great place but since its recent take over it seams to have gone down hill and have since found that the air conditioning is inoperable throughout the hotel

It has never happened that we go to the same place 2 times! But after we were there in 2015 .... we were amazed at how perfect everything was!
Food, staff the hotel itself. .WOW! Now we go there again! Longing for sea views on the balcony!

Yes now our holiday is over!
I'm disappointed.
Much has changed since 2015 on the hornet.
The room is no longer tidy. They come, wipe the room with a dirty cloth they clean every room with. Sand everywhere.
Then I do not know what has happened to restaurant staff .... are they just tired at work or do they hate tourists?
All nasty, one standing at the entrance looks like she's tired of people, they charge for water! Water! My bar is 5 and if she wants to drink water for the food .... it will be 2 euros.
Buttoned.
Other staff are ok. Palmanova wonderful ... but last time in Hawaii!

Great hotel, located right on the beach. The nearest beach is a three minute leisurely walk. The view from the window is amazing (lived in the main building). Breakfasts and dinners are very varied and delicious. The staff is quite responsive and friendly. In walking distance to a large supermarket ALDI with nice prices. The room has free Wi-Fi, a safe, a kettle, blackout curtains, air conditioning and a small refrigerator. rented a car through the reception - everything went fine, the car was given a higher class, new, clean and brought directly to the hotel. At a price not more expensive than at local offices. There are some problems with parking at the hotel, but for 4 days of car rental, I found places right at the hotel entrance. Of the minuses - there were constant problems with the lock in the room (the key opened it once in five attempts), at the reception we were given a new key, and the batteries in the lock were changed - nothing helped. But we must pay tribute to the staff - acted promptly. The second negative - with a strong wind (and it was, since we rested in September) because of cracks in the doors to the balcony, there was constantly a whistle, which can not be eliminated.

We stayed in the suite building across the road with a pool view which we were delighted.

Great food, but desserts was just average.
Also, good location with shops, restaurants and a beach close by. Overall we had a good stay with no complaints.

I've just returned from a 3 night stay here and I can't gush about it enough! I'm a well seasoned traveller and this is by far one of the nicest hotels in Europe I've ever stayed in. Gorgeous rooms, perfect views, friendly, helpful staff, great food and a perfect location. If you are looking for a relaxing break with a little bit of luxury then this is definitely the place. Already looking at weekend breaks for next year! Thank you very much for the hospitality and for a lovely mini-holiday.

Full board: it's excluding drinks for lunch and dinner, any drink, including tap water!
Restaurant: little variety of food (classic in this type of establishment); disgusting breakfast fruit juice; little daylight in the room and as soon as the sun appears the shutters are closed; baby chairs are not washed or wiped; chairs are stripped; In the rare moments of calm, the waiters shout to talk to each other and make a huge noise with the cutlery.
Child Club: accessible to all children, in the presence of an adult if not registered or too young; schedules a bit short for our taste.
Hotel: pretty sea view; direct access to the pontoon that leads to the beach; accessibility PMR; 1st baby bed provided dusty and full of crumbs but changed without worry at our request.
Reception / animations: the friendliness of the reception is very dependent on the staff, one has the impression to disturb some; its much too loud for evening entertainment, impossible to stay in the bar room; no board games or magazines available.

Well, it just wasn't worth 4 stars. Cleaning poor and everything decorated purely English

All very well except the night setting designed only for English.
Lucky that the hotel alua palmanova had the night atmosphere, dancing etc. more suitable for Spanish customers.
