First time in hotel alua Hawaii mallorca and we loved it really nice hotel with great staff and great choices at breakfast lunch and dinner we would highly recommend it first class places with amazing view we will definitely be back

The suites are a good size and Modern. Good choice at Breakfast.The hotel is in a great location for Restaraunts, Bars and the beach. People Reserving Sunbeds with towels is the worst I have ever seen and Ruined our Holiday. Management not interested in the situation.Not enough Sunbeds for Guests. Because of this I would not return. Such a shame because it is a decent hotel.

Very clean food ok dont take cold food away yust top it up the room are fab its very hilly up and down olny bad think is the lifts very very little they say 8 can get in but 3.to 4 can if you have children and pram no one else can get in

Over all not a bad place. My partner and I stayed here for 10 days in total and had an overall problem free stay. Some good points include the gorgeous views, great food, friendly staff and clean rooms.

The rooms were clean and well equipped with a TV that could pick up UK channels. When we came there was no remote for it however the hotel staff resolved this quickly and a new remote was provided the following day. Air con worked great, a lifesaver considering how hot it was during our stay.

The beds in the room were comfortable, however, were on wheels which made keeping the beds together a constant battle.

I wasn't at all happy with the price of the safe in the room, at 5 euros a night I found it unnecessarily expensive compared to a lot of hotels who offer this free of charge.

The noise from the bar was quite loud and went on into the night which disturbed some nights sleep but thankfully, didn't continue too late.

Free WiFi logo on the website also a bit misleading as this only applies to you when you are in the bar or diner. If you wish to have WiFi in your room you have to pay per device.

The entertainment provided was poor and aimed towards children so we ended up opting to stay in the room most nights.

The food in the restaurant was good and had a wide variety of different foods most nights. Overall, very happy.

The pool area was nicely laid out and had enough sunbeds for everyone. Overall quite relaxing down there despite kiddies running around (which can be expected).

For the price we paid, I would have expected some of the bad points listed above to be rectified. I would recommend this hotel more for families than couples looking for a quite, relaxing escape. Also be prepared to be paying out for extras when you arrive as there seamed to be a lot of hidden costs.

It has been a wonderful experience, the views, the service, everything.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and good choice of all inclusive food. Pool bar hours were excellent compared to other places. Will be booking a family holiday back there again soon.

Location is nice would advise if anyone goes with young children take a buggy it is on a slight incline. We stayed in the apartment block rooms are very nice and clean....overall so far impressed would come back

Hotel family atmosphere. Beautiful views, nice pool and two minutes from the beach. Calm boardwalk. The new, spacious and very comfortable rooms. The food varied, tasty, and always everything very clean. The best of all the staff: reception, always very friendly; from the pool, very helpful and attentive to everything; in dining room, in cleaning ... thanks to all.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 days. Central to beach restaurants shops and magaluf. Food was plentiful and delicious. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Beautiful hotel would stay again. The only downfall is waiters and bar staff are quite rude and miserable. The entertainment repetitive and a drink stops at 11.30pm therefore everyone has to be out of venue room. By 11.45pm.although there are bars nearby with entertainment. The reps are lovely and so are the cleaners. Always had a good morning off them.

WARNING! The hotel does not refund money now!
My reservation was cancelled by hotel side in June 2020, but it still has not refunded the deposit!!! Support promises refund money in some future, but can not inform when. DO NOT PAY DEPOSIT!
Also I visited the hotel on 15th July. It was closed! Do not believe recent reviews that the hotel was great in recent time, it was closed and I had actual video of it to prove my words.

Food has a wide range selection, apartments are a good size, good views from balconies, rooms always kept clean, people are friendly, what you see on Google images is what you get, staff are helpful,

Overall very gd except we had to ask for different room as we were just below main bar (lots of moving hair noise etc)So if anyone will visit this hotel make sure you don t take rooms 421-426.

We were now the second year in this hotel. The location is great, but the hotel itself needs to be renovated urgently, you have the feeling, from 2018 to 2019, everything has greatly decreased (operator change?). When we were there (first week of September) only one elevator worked and the only went up to the 1st floor, i. all guests (including older and families with baby carriages) had 1 floor up the stairs to the pool / beach. The dining room is also very old fashioned. The service staff is friendly, but the management is not customer focused. I got lost my Airpods from the room on the 3rd day (evidence of screenshot iphone search available), but I had to wait 3x at the front desk and give an extra notice on the police (you have nothing else to do on holiday) until Finally, someone from the management agreed to talk to me. Conclusion: Only annoyance and time lost, no courtesy of the hotel, although the airpods were proven to have gotten out of the room. Tip: close everything in the safe, the hotel is not to be trusted. We definitely will not be back.

Just returned from a 10 day holiday could not fault it from checking in to checking out a big shout out to the lovely maid on floor 6 of main building room spotless booking on Monday for next year

Located next to the beach, they have a very large pool. It eats well. And with animation there's no time to get bored.

Great location and lovely pool which is let down by lack of sunbeds and the 9.00 am sprint to get one. Pool could be cleaner as my 2 kids got an ear infection each.
Palmanova is lovely and right on your door step with great restaurants and a beautiful beach.

The hotel is located close to everything you need in the town.
Service is spot on.
Rooms are clean and tidy.

Junior Suites are really modern and spacious. 2 fabulous pools. More than anything the staff have been so welcoming throughout

Just spent 10 days amazing veiw over the sea room was spotless fresh towles everyday<br/>There is drinks facilities in room <br/>And a free safe the food was great loads of choices I'm a vegetarian and I didn't struggle staff are so friendly and the entertainment staff keep you busy if you fancy a bit of rifle shooting and kyaking that was fun we did a 3 hour boat trip to see the dolphins and we saw them worth every penny <br/>Lots of choices to drink pina colada was my fav <br/>Thank you for my champagne for my birthday left in our room nice surprise <br/>The snack bar is open all day if your hungry between meals <br/>Perfect for children with choices of pools and the main beach is a 3 mins walk away lots to do here and loads of shops bars clubs restaurants all walking distance plus trips

Fanstastic friendly staff, all of the staff seem to want you to have the best holiday they can offer. The hotel itself is very clean and has a warm new moden feeling i stayed on room 708 (top floor) the view over the bay is breathtaking.

I can honestly say i thoroughly enjoyed my week here, staff was amazing and extremely polite, food was amazing and the views are breath taking. Sadly our late night arrival food was terrible and our early leaving food was worse. 1 or 2 bar waiters was extremely rude, but i suppose these things happen. Will deffo come back !

A wounderful hotel. Stayed for 7 nights half board in september. Staff are great, rooms are great, and the food is great. This hotel has a great location. We will definatly be returning. Thanks for an amazing holiday

3 stars because the hotel feels like 3 stars. Food, equipment etc. is not on a 4 star level. We generally expected more with all the good reviews, but in retrospect I think that the standard of Brits is a bit below that of the German guests when you compare Magaluf and Arenal.

Never scratch or recommend, terrible service, no hotel o sanatorium over +70, extra pay for everything, no water room, room change every 3 days, but ale manages, rooms full of ants, and more things disappear from the room, kazak terrible .... never ever

Nice location, but poor facilities. On the first day we arrived are room wasnt clean the floor was sticky , the toilet seat was broken and stained .The basin was blocked aswell. The 2nd day they cleaned the room took away our used towels but didint replace them with new ones (basic stuff) Lifts are not working due to a water leak which has been going on for several weeks. I have two small children and a buggy to carry up six flights of stairs everyday.<br/>The air conditioning is terrible. The coolest area is the reception, some nights we feel like taking our pillow<br/>and covers and going down there to get a good night's sleep. There's not enough sunbeds so every morning people are running out to reserve them. ( like it's black Friday sales). Food was good , the views are nice on the sea side.

Apartments very clean and modern, staff were very helpful!

We took the family suites. I reserved a cot for an 8 months old upon booking. No cot provided. For a 4 star hotel this is unacceptable. The door design has a slot at the bottom part so the dirt from outside keeps coming in. The rooms seems like not cleaned recently upon check in. The suite is enough for 2 adults and 2 children, bed are comfy. The toilet is large enough.

Having been sent here because our original hotel was flooded we arrived in a poor state. The lady saw our hangr and gave us biscuits. A small but kind gesture that prevented any murders. We were put up for the night in a junior suite and despite desperate begging were unable to secure it any further but we'll be sticking around in a different room! The food is excellent quality and whilst the hotel is busy the staff remain friendly and efficient. Meals are varied with theme nights and general basics and tonnes of fresh fruit. The private access to the sea is a great way to cool off after an attempt at kayaking with the animation team though the pool remains frigid even after chilling in the sea! Looking forward to the rest of the week.. definitely recommend.

Best hotel we have stayed in for disabled and the staff are brilliant couldn't of asked for a better hotel more welcoming than most hotels staff are brilliant being a long time member that had not used for a while will deffiently book again next yeah

Fantastic hotel, appears an upmarket hotel in comparison to others around it.

We stayed in the suites building across the road from the main hotel in July. The building had a pool and the snack bar for both buildings and a bar in the lobby. There was also an adults only rooftop bar open in the evening. The room we stayed in was a junior suite and very nice.

Had to walk across the road to use the restaurant in the main hotel, but don't let that put anyone off, it's not far at all. The food in the restaurant was great, always found something we all really enjoyed. The food in the snack bar was also great, we stayed by the pool each day to eat lunch, there was plenty of choice.

It was quiet of an evening with some shows in the main hotel bar but majority of people sat on the terrace looking across the bay.

Would definitely return to this hotel, well run and very clean. If you want a spot by the main hotel pool (which is very nice) then get up early. We were happy at the suites pool, not as picturesque but did the job. Good central location but also quiet, no partying young people there for just the Magalluf clubs.

A nice hotel in a great location. From the pool area, you can walk directly onto the beach via a short path. The rooms are quite clean with really comfy beds and the pillows are a perfect height. It's probably the most comfortable bed I've slept in, in any hotel. The restaurant is buffet style with a lot of choice and everything we tried was lovely. I don't eat meat, and there was a good variety of things for me, conveniently labelled as vegetarian.

Very close to the beach. The view is stunning. If you want pool sunbeds, be prepared to get up and queue. Once the barrier is down its a free for all. A little disappointing. Not much shaded space around the pool. Premium rooms very comfortable. The animation team is poor. The all inclusive options are minimal. The hotel is reasonably structured. Everything closes down at 1130-12. There's plenty to do outside the hotel and close by. The hotel is very clean. The food I can only describe as, reasonable choice but very average. Lots of very young children and families. Any help required from jet2 rep vey helpful. I'd describe the hotel as a hotel resort not the best all inclusive. Very well suited for families with young children. Not much to do for 14-18years

Arrived home few days ago. Wonderful hotel, fantastic shower, food all you could want lovely clean hotel views out of this world will definitely return

Expected a room with a view, only 6 junior rooms with a nice view, was very disappointed, staff where very helpful and nice, room was nice inside and very clean. Good location to palma nova and magaluff

It's good. Lots of English culture, English food, people, language. Beach is 5/10. If you like the resort life, you will be very happy. If you want a local experience, kid free, diverse beaches, go elsewhere. Good beaches within an easy 30 minutes.

Just wanted to say thank you to the staff at alua Hawaii hotel. It's a fantastic hotel . Everything was clean and tidy . What you see on the photos is exactly what you get. Will decently be coming back hear in the future. .

Lovely hotel good food, staff at the bar are not very friendly

I am absolutely loving this hotel , we are in the suites hotel ,which is simply a stones throw away from the main Hotel . It has a well stocked kitchen area,a seperate double room ..two available single beds in the lounge area(one pulls out from under) Plenty of clever storage for everything (i was very impressed with the storage,i found a place for everything with room to spare ) Tvs in both area's.. No bath ,but the showers fab.. The balcony is a good size &quite private ,with 3 chairs & table..+ a small drying rail . The beach is literally a couple of minutes away & so picturesque.. you can walk all the way around ,bars & cafes all over .. magaluf not far if you like the nightlife .. Staff are lovely ,very helpful, infact i couldnt of been more pleased with my room .The food is absolutely beautiful ,the pool bar by the suites pool is fabulous for choice & the foods delicous,somtimes we just ate from there instead of restaurant its so good. Would reccomend for families ,couples,young & old, just a really nice feelgood place .
