Great sales person, very patient and would highly recommend.

Friendly staff and great attention. But the process took over 8 hours. They have too make sales reps and only one person providing the financial side, which makes the process soo slow. Other than that, great staff and great location.

My salesman, Joe, was terrific. He patiently explained all of the options available on the RAV-4, including all of the technology / safety features, and gave excellent, honest advice about which features best suited our needs. He set up an appointment for picking up the car, and had it all ready for us (shiny and new) when we arrived. Even after our purchase, he's been very helpful with follow-up questions and support. Will definitely buy a car here again.

I love this place! Two years ago they took a chance on me. After my divorce I basically had no credit. I had been trying to build an independent life. They managed to get me a lease for my car. Today I went there to buy my car. It was quick and easy. They have been so good to me. When they got me the lease two years ago it changed my life. After 6 months my credit score went up and I was able to obtain a major credit card. I m so thankful for this dealership.

What a great dealership! I literally walked in without an appointment amd walked out 4hours later with my new Prime. I didn't have to haggle for hours and the lifetime warranty the dealership offers is one of a kind in the area. As a Active duty service member I can always know my warranty is good wherever I am stationed. Plus the dealership took the time to make sure I got the right car, color and details I needed. When I drove away I knew I found the best place to buy after going through 20 plus dealerships over the past year. The deal was right! I would totally recommend Interstate Toyota to anyone knowing they want a Toyota.

Waited over an hour just to fix a hole in my tire, and charged $48 - after giving me a discount only $38.

Brought my car in for my regular service. Dealt with the service manager Mike Jackson. He was great from start to finish, kept me updated through the whole process. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend this dealership and also highly recommend you ask to speak to Mike Jackson.

Service is great, I go here to get the maintenance done on my car and they do it very quick plus there s free Starbucks coffee for everyone. The waiting area is big, the chairs are alright and there s a tv in the middle for entertainment.

I bought a used Toyota here; they scammed me into paying way more than a fair price, and I fell for it. To be fair, their service seemed competent but very pricey; I've found an equally competent but less expensive alternative.

Brought my brand new 2010 Corolla that was in an accident to them to be repaired.. I bought the car from them 2 months earlier.. They were very helpful in walking me through the insurance procedure and fixing my car back to being perfect.. They gave me my 1st oil change free since I bought the car from them and the price was right so i would def. go back to them in the future for all my servicing needs.. All the service writers are very polite and professional and their prices were very competitive to the private shop i used to use.. Even the sales people wanted to make sure I was being taken care of.. that was very respectful. Even when I bought the car.. I didnt feel and pressure or commitment being forced on me.. They were very polite and courteous.. They listened to what I wanted.. not what they wanted.. I have already recommended Interstate Toyota to my friends and family.. They even gave me a $100 check for referring a friend who bought a car.....How awesome is that!!

Have no issues bringing my vehicle to them. I know dealers can and will rip you off, but I don't feel that way at interstate. I know the job is done properly and professionally. Edit: Brought my vehicle in today they inspected it and changed the oil. It needs some work and they gave me an estimate on the work. Ofcourse, this being a dealer, it ran into the thousands, but I had work done before and they stand behind it The tech was good, friendly and knowledgeable. 2/10/2018

Anthony in the service department was amazing. He made sure I received the proper care and devices needed for my car. Punctual with time promising; I came there with my child and he told me it would be about two hours but was able to get me done in about an hour. Him and the young man who fixed my car was very attentive and checked out prices for me for two new tires. Amazing customer service will recommend these two gentlemen to anyone. Very pleased with my service on Thursday!

I had an issue with my vehicle less than 1 year old.
It was a defect in a trim inside.
After almost 7 weeks of waiting, I was told by the dealer that Toyota would not honor this as it was my fault. This was my third vehicle of this type. I had this issue some years ago on a previous truck bought from another dealer (4 years into my ownership of it). That time the issue was resolved in my first visit! Toyota repaired at their cost Clearly Interstate does not advocate for their customers.

Always trepidations bringing car into dealer for service given higher than average costs and worry they'll find something especially outlandishly expensive they recommend fixing. But I've always had good experience with this dealer's service. Techs are honest and straightforward, work is completed in a timely and competent manner and never feel like I've been swindled. Plus if you have to wait on site, waiting area is not horrible, has great wifi and free coffee/water. I will always bring our car here even though Lia in Blauvelt is much closer to where we live.
They are undergoing some major construction right now at Interstate so will be interesting to see what happens with the service area in all that but I'm sure it will only result in an upgrade.

Extremely nice staff, they were really willing to work with you. My mother recommended going here and she's been going to Interstate Toyota since 2005. They also drove us back home with no hassle at all. I can't wait for my next visit

Been friends with Irene Fernandez for years , went and got two vehicles from Toyota a 2019 RAV4 hybrid that I least absolutely love it! & A 2019 Toyota Camry that I Financed. This place is the best they are all so friendly and treat you like family.
