ICS is the real deal. This company is amazing , they found out the info i needed and even went out of there way to provide extra info for me. Very highly recommended service to use . The gentlemen Tyler i worked with was amazing to deal with.

First they told me that they were charging me $135/hr and that I needed to put down a $1200 non-refundable deposit for 8hrs worth of work. Then after 4 hrs of work and calling daily did I get a partial update. I've sent 3 more emails waiting for the report and have received 2 emails back saying that they want more money - another $1200 to do additional work. I've used PI's before and this one seems like a ripoff, poor performance and seem only in it for the money.

I had contacted ICS to perform some investigative work overseas and can honestly say my experience with the company has been transparent and extremely professional. The initial call to discuss my request was discreet and at a time of my choosing. The ICS website is easy to navigate and upload case information and payment. Shortly after my initial consultation, I no longer required an investigation but had already submitted payment to the case (before the start of any work). Subsequent email and telephone conversations with the Lead Investigator and Vice President of the company positively reflected the companies values, and they kindly refunded the balance. I thoroughly recommend ICS services and the staff that worked with me (Chris and Randy). Thank you so much, it's refreshing to see a larger company hold fast to the values on which it built.

Used a few agencies in the past but these guys are top notch! They have some real professionals working for them. I was always kept up to date, and informed on a regular basis. Best money spent for this type of service. I will be bringing back more business in the future!

ICS is the real deal! I've worked with Michael, Jason and Tyler on three different investigations now and every time I'm impressed more than the last. One of my employees lost contact with her mom in Puerto Rico after hurricane Maria. I contacted ICS on the off chance that they might have resources in Puerto Rico who could look for the mom.
Despite the complete destruction of Puerto Rico's infrastructure, one of the ICS Team rode a motorcycle to the south part of the island (roads were impassable by automobile), found my employee's mom, and sent us videos showing her to be alive and well. I contracted with ICS to try and locate a coworker. I worked for RMK-BRJ Construction Company in Saigon, Vietnam from 1967 to 72. My translator and Office Manager was a Vietnamese woman of Chinese decent. I will be visiting Vietnam in the spring of 2019 and was curious about what happened to my friend. I gave ICS my coworkers address in 1972 and several old pictures. ICS checked records with neighborhood committee and interviewed neighbors. According to neighbors my coworker had migrated to Belgium between 1980 and 1982. The report I received was factual and included pictures of people who were interviewed. Very professional report, didn't find my coworker but I'm confident my coworker will do well in Europe as she spoke 5 languages plus had all the office skills. Would recommend ICS and would use again.

TERRIBLE COMPANY- i paid $1000 for a website link that I could have easily found myself, not to mention is took 3 months to even receive this. TYLER RODGERS IS SHAM. THIS COMPANY WAS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE ANY PROOF THAT THEY DID ANYTHING! This is my first review of this company but I will continue to make many more reviews. I was totally taken for my money! Don t let the hope and need for information affect your rational mind, go with a different company!

We have been working with investigative agencies for over 30 years and with ICS for the past 5 years. They are always the first we call when we need assistance. We have always found them to be prompt, attentive to our request and professional in their efforts.

I can honestly say it has been tiring trying to wrap up what I wanted them to help me with which was to locate someone with verification and perform a background check. This has been more work on my end trying to get updates and one would think that the company or investigator will call you in order to provide great customer service and not the other way around. The Analyst I worked with was great, seemed like a good guy, would follow up with me when he had the chance, sometimes not immediately, but at least I would hear something. The person my case got assigned to, NOT THE FRIENDLIEST AT ALL. I had maybe a five minute call with him and didn't hear back from him for like a week after I had to call him. I felt like he was rude and even talked to his Supervisor who also has yet to call me back. This is not the idea of customer service or help from them I was hoping for. I wanted to believe this was a good company to use but I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone due to my experience. To be perfectly honest my experience thus far makes me wish I never called them. I should have just went with a different service.

Do not use this company! They cannot deliver on anything included in the quote. Furthermore, as soon as they recieve the upfront payment they are unresponsive. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.

I have waited exactly one month with no response at all. The case manager Daniel Toporowych and investigation director Tyler Rodgers don't corporate at all.

I worked with Regina Ramirez and she was incredibly professional helpful. Any requests I had, she was willing to help me with out with. I didn't have a ton of information but she was able to help me out and I was able to find and connect with my biological siblings. Working with Regina was great and I would recommend her to anyone looking to connect with biological family members.
