I contracted with ICS to try and locate a coworker. I worked for RMK-BRJ Construction Company in Saigon, Vietnam from 1967 to 72. My translator and Office Manager was a Vietnamese woman of Chinese decent. I will be visiting Vietnam in the spring of 2019 and was curious about what happened to my friend. I gave ICS my coworkers address in 1972 and several old pictures. ICS checked records with neighborhood committee and interviewed neighbors. According to neighbors my coworker had migrated to Belgium between 1980 and 1982. The report I received was factual and included pictures of people who were interviewed. Very professional report, didn't find my coworker but I'm confident my coworker will do well in Europe as she spoke 5 languages plus had all the office skills. Would recommend ICS and would use again.
