ICS is the real deal! I've worked with Michael, Jason and Tyler on three different investigations now and every time I'm impressed more than the last. Their customer service is overwhelming and I mean that in a positive way! They are very thorough and detailed with their follow up and their initial discovery.

I've had three very complex investigations: pre-litigation asset verification, background investigation for a c-level executive and a missing persons investigation. The money I've spent with these guys is nothing compared to what I would have spent had I not used them. My firm are lifetime customers.

It's important to note, I'm one of those customers that will go out of my way to write a bad a review on a company that provided less than expected service. Rarely do I take the time to conduct a positive review. I'm happy to speak with anyone if you're contemplating using ICS!
