I can honestly say it has been tiring trying to wrap up what I wanted them to help me with which was to locate someone with verification and perform a background check. This has been more work on my end trying to get updates and one would think that the company or investigator will call you in order to provide great customer service and not the other way around. The Analyst I worked with was great, seemed like a good guy, would follow up with me when he had the chance, sometimes not immediately, but at least I would hear something. The person my case got assigned to, NOT THE FRIENDLIEST AT ALL. I had maybe a five minute call with him and didn't hear back from him for like a week after I had to call him. I felt like he was rude and even talked to his Supervisor who also has yet to call me back. This is not the idea of customer service or help from them I was hoping for. I wanted to believe this was a good company to use but I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone due to my experience. To be perfectly honest my experience thus far makes me wish I never called them. I should have just went with a different service.
