Good business hotel. Good beds, spacious rooms. No hair dryer in the bathroom and somewhat overdue maintenance, gives a star deduction ... Take into account the location of this hotel. There is not much nearby, but there is a station that will take you to the center in 30 minutes.

The hotel is exceptional . Welcomed with cucumber anf lemon inflused water. Hotel's cleanlines is 100%. No funny smells around. Beautiful areas to take tood pictures and the lighting is a show stopper. I had an amazing water view. That bathroom was heaven. Great speaks. Travelled with babies so while they slept I could play music and it sounded only in the bathroom . Classic breakfast. Good taste. Would Difinitly book this hotel again. My babies even given this really cute teddy while we waited for our taxi to go out. ..very softttt.

A friend of mine has recently moved into one of the apartments in the Arora Tower. The buildings are very clean and tidy as you would expect. The bars are very fancy with high ceilings and (surprisingly) reasonable costs for drinks. Only thing I will note, the lifts were rather bouncy and not of the same standard as the rest of the building and facilities.

The treatment to the employees of this hotel, is absolutely despicable. A miserable work ethic. No one seems to be comfortable in his position, the managers are rude, mediocre and treat the rest of the workers badly. Everything luxurious that this place may have is nothing more than doors to the outside, because doors inside are horrible.

Amazing hotel. Stayed here over 10 times now and is the regular hotel for our family now and has to be one of the best and newest hotels in London. The biggest rooms compared to most 5 star hotels in London. Always go for executive lounge option.

Very nice hotel, top service, very nice staff, nice rooms, great breakfast. The location is a little bit outside London, but a few minutes by walk us a underground station. The view over the Thems is priceless. But real cool is the minibar look the picture. I never saw this in my live. The only bad thing in my age I don't need it anymore.

There is no finer place to stay in London, and I've stayed in plenty. The staff are amazing, engaging, and extremely polite. The quality of the food and drinks spectacular! We were attending an event at The O2 so this hotel is perfectly placed with it's own private access way.

Amazing hotel with 5-star service! The rooms (got a King superior) have stunning views over the River Thames on the Canary Wharf skyline. The rooms include use of a wonderful SPA with swimming pool on the ground floor with bathrobes and towels already included.
The breakfast is the best I've had in a 4 star (Shopping cheeses, fresh fruit at will, desserts very good, comb honey, breads of all kinds, main courses freshly made on request, coffee worthy of the name, and so on. ..). Absolutely recommended! If, like me, you find an offer from portals (the one that starts with B) well in advance, you will be able to snatch a price around a hundred a night (very little view of the structure). P.S. the North Greenwich station is an 8-minute walk and is on the point of transition between zone 2 and 3; if you have doubts about subscriptions: is counted as Zone 2 from downtown to here (I recommend cmq not to subscribe because they pay with contactless credit card, even with prepaid, to the turnstile and if you make more trips the system passes automatically to a sort of subscription called "cap" daily).

Worst hotel ever. Full of unqualified, unexperienced, rude managers and low class workers who doesn't know how to provide customer service. I would never want these people to give me poor service.

A good friend had a room for the night so we came over to visit. Hotel was very clean, the room was very nice, and the pool/spa area was enjoyably relaxing, with a sauan, steam room, large hot tub, and decent sized pool. Staff were very kind and hospitable.

Great stay, check in was exceptional by Lea she gave us all the information we would need during our stay, my partner and me were really astonished she walked around the desk to give the key it was that extra mile to provide the great customer service.

The entrance to Clipper bar was amaizing!! Words cannot describe we were served by Barbara who also provided a very friendly customer service. After check out we decided to return to the clipper bar to soak up some more of the beautiful river views in the sunshine, where we was again greeted by Barbara with a warm welcome and even remembered our drinks order.
Which was promptly delivered with a smile!!.

As it was our anniversary we were upgraded and recived some amenities many thanks to Dora and the team who made that happen.

The following morning we decided to have breakfast which was also amaizing with a great choice of buffet something to cater for all tastes many thanks to the lovely host.

At check out with Yngrid there wasn't the same level of customer service as check in due to her making a call while our invoice was being printed. We felt this call could could have been avoided for around one more minute. However this did not hinder our over all experience and we would be more than happy to book in the future.

The second time I've stayed at the Intercontinental O2. Both times have had their highs and lows. The hotel is clean and well appointed, but that's about it. The food is dreadful, think cheap cash & carry, some of the staff are rude, the manager (Elliott) is incompetent and unable to deal with complaints and when you do raise a complaint with IHG they just brush it under the carpet. If you're looking to spend a lot of money for below average service and hospitality, and wish to leave a supposed 5* hotel like you've been robbed and treated badly, this is definitely the place for you! I will never stay here again. It's the Four Seasons for me over IHG.

Great hotel. Lots of different views depending on which side your room is, could be the O2, could be Canary Wharf.

Shame the sauna and steam room wasn't included in the rate.

The restaurant was far too cold to be comfortable.

Where everyou go has the feeling of calm, looking over the river, gives you the feeling of being aboard a ship. I'm am disabled, my daughter asked for a shower chair for me, as I can't stand to shower, room service bought one up to us within minutes, same with breakfast we order room service, full English which Inc a continental breakfast, was perfect, the bacon had been forgotten, rung down to let the know, was bought up in what seemed like seconds. Our luggage was loaded into our taxi before we had even left our floor. Thank you all so much for a wonderful stay, and lots of amazing memory's.

Intercontinental London 02 10/10 pure luxury

Visted London to celebrate my Daughters 18th Birthday. We stayed at the hotel from the moment we walked in it was pure luxury. The welcome from the staff made us feel very special. We were checked in early as our room was ready. The room we had was perfect. It was very clean and very comfortable, like the beds, and had everything you could want even down to a spare toothbrush and toothpaste. So well situated . The breakfast is to die for so much choice and beautifully cooked. The staff were so attentive nothing was too much trouble. Cant wait for our next visit

Love this hotel. Went here for my Xmas present when we were going to see Disney on ice, also had the afternoon tea. Then we stayed again when we took our sons to see marvell universe, this time we got a suite and had lounge access, def worth the extra! 1st time we stayed we had a couple of problems with our room, we wrote a review as we connected to the WiFi and got a phonecall almost as soon as we posted it. They not only moved us to another room but upgraded us too! Nice rooftop bar altho a little pricey but no diff to any other fancy establishment. Great views. This is also very ideal for access to the O2, you get your own lil way in. Staff friendly and welcoming.

Not a true intercontinental. Something just doesn t seem right. Also it s super far off for London with no much to do in the actual hotel. However it s great for if you are going to a concert at 02. They even have a direct hall u can walk down and you will be there straight away. Unfortunately the service in the hotel is to a poor standard, so was the food and the environment. Worth a try but I can t recommend.

Went here for a few days to attend a conference. The overall conference facilities are really good, and the rooms themselves are quite good and spacious (especially compared to London standard). Breakfast was included, and was quite good. In case you don't feel like eating at the hotel, it is also conveniently located next to the O2, where you will find a number of other restaurants.

On the downside, check-in and -out was very slow, and the lunch served at the conference was a logistical nightmare

Overall, would definitely stay here another time

Pro: Very nice and luxurious lobby.
Cons: My girlfriend and I went to the sky bar on the 18th floor for some drinks but we were waiting to be attended for 30 minutes. The service doesn't match the price. After that long waiting for someone to take our order we decided the place wasn't worth our money.

Check-in and check-out very efficient. We were customers of the day so received free upgrade. The room had an amazing view over Canary Wharf. Bathroom was well appointed and bed was a superking. Extremely convenient for the O2. Overall very satisfied, will return when booking another concert.
