Loved staying at this hotel the facilities were great but it's a shame I didn't get to take full advantage of there spa. Exceptional breakfast, it had such a variety of things so would definetly recommend having your stay with breakfast too.

Awesome hotel. One of the most polite and nice front desk staff I have come across in several years. A special shout out to Anndrea at the front desk! She is super helpful and always smiling. Wish there were more front desk staff like her at other hotels

Great

Totally amazing hotel & staff 5* plus in my books..from the minute we arrived to the minute we left..all the staff were so helpful & friendly & you get a real one to one experience, unlike many places ive stayed before almost seemed robotic lol.. The concierge go well above their call of duty, & to be honest the 1st time we stayed we was dubious about the sort of reception we would get as we were there for a rock concert (Disturbed) & wasnt what we thought dressed for 5* accommodation but as i said from the minute we arrived Graham met us & was so down to earth & treated everybody exactly the same..lovely man...this time we were here for Iron maiden & again we are just as impressed if not more...we were welcomed by David who was friendly & cheery..we then checked in with Shady..what a lovely fella..his smile is enough to light up a room..& also Jose this man is an absolute gem..we couldnt sleep so had gone down for a ciggie..where we got talking to jose & what a breath of fresh air.. & this was at 3.45am nothing was too much for him & he cleary loved his job 110% which is so nice to see..he took us on a little tour of the hotel to which myself & hubby couldnt sing his praises enough..we cant wait to come back & we havent even gone yet! Fantastic place to stay if u want a personal touch xx

Great hotel, luxurious, clean and great service! The view from our room was exceptional! The location is great in the heart of 02 and very well connected to the center. This hotel has everything for him, it would be difficult to be disappointed!

We visited the spa and we were given robes, slippers and the softest towels ever. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room areas were quiet as we visited midweek. The spa area upstairs was peaceful and very relaxing and the massage I received was first class - I floated out the room. We visited the Meridien Lounge for coffee beforehand which was another plush experience, the staff being very attentive and helpful. It is very close to the O2 and the jubilee line and is a "must visit" hotel and spa.

We were leaving for home around 9:40pm on 14th February. However the weather was quite bad at that time. The gentleman with glasses working at the luggage deposit was very kind and caring. He saw us accompanied with a very young child, so he suggested us to take another way to avoid the strong wind outside. I would like to express my gratitude for him.

Really nice, modern hotel. Amazing breakfast and many small things that make a big difference (daily bottled water, Nespresso coffee, daily bath set includes toothbrush, etc). Breakfast was amazing. Highly recommended.

Superb! One of the best hotels I have stayed in worldwide. Good bar on the 18th floor with stunning views over the Thames to Canary Wharf. Friendly and efficient staff. Perfect location for a visit to the O2. Not cheap but very good.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with helpful and polite staff. Booked a solo weekender here with spa treatments, as it's been on my list of must-stays for a while and I wasn't disappointed. My room was spotless and spacious, loved the fact I had both bath and shower option (nice touch with the speakers in the bathroom, really enhanced my bath-time acoustic session!) and the view of London from the 13th floor was amazing.
As a parent looking for a well earned break, Intercontinental did not disappoint. Topped off with a relaxing spa session, I am pleased to say I returned home to the kids relaxed and refreshed, might even bring them along some day.

Beautiful well-appointed hotel - both public rooms and bedrooms. Comfy beds - all facilities perfect. Sky bar had excellent views at night. Breakfast superb. Courtesy car just happened by when we came out of tube station and the South African driver, Rob, couldn t have been more helpful. He even took us to the place to pick up the river cruise the next morning - that s what I call service!

Beautiful hotel, all staff put the customer first. Simple walk to the o2, although building work at present. Back in our room within 10 mins after the Queen concert. Enter at gate H which avoids the main entrance and all the queues.

Only attended a conference so didn't stay overnight (although I wish I had) as it was too expensive to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, hotel was clean and tidy and the food put on for the event was good for buffet food. Location is good for the O2 being right outside and the hotel is only a few minutes walk from North Greenwich underground station.

The brand new Intercontinental O2 hotel is fantastic, the facilities are very much of the standard and quality you'd expect and as a business conference venue it really works, you'd struggle to find anything better in London. The quality of the food, service and staff was first class throughout and I honestly couldn't fault it other than the need to finish the walkways from North Greenwich station but I'm sure they'll be completed very soon.

A very spacious, extremely well presented, and easily accessible venue, with fabulous views across the Thames of the Canary Wharf business development.
Staff were polite and courteous, and service excellent, without being claustrophobic.

Nice clean and comfortable rooms very with all amenities andfriendly staff. I stayed for 4 nights and the breakfast, though great, it was identical every morning... A slight change every morning would have kept the breakfast experience refreshing... Thus only 4 star

The perfect hotel if you have an event at The O2 Stadium, very complete buffet and large and spacious rooms. Just be careful that you are assigned the type of room paid as they are very similar.

Excellent stay. Clean and very comfortable. The bar on the top floor has a beautiful view of the river. The hotel is right on the river so it is the perfect location to hop on to a Thames Clipper to explore London.

The obvious thing going for this hotel is its location. It's run by friendly staff and has a wide range of choice. Mind you, unless you are the type of person who cares little for money then be prepared to be stunned by the quite fascinating prices charged for some drinks. To be honest, I know places like to charge lots because it makes them more exclusive and they think it's good but there isn't a need to charge so much for so little. The rooms are real good and the lighting system is handy too. I note a few people have moaned about the views from some of them but my advice is to spend less time looking out of a window and more time at the bar.

Very nice hotel neer the financial district. Great breakfast, and very nice and clean rooms. We had some issues with our keys that didn't work out quite as they should, but the personal were nice and friendly and helped us every time. The hotel is very close to a tube station, also a big pro!

Great 4/5* joining O2 with high standards. Rooms clean, in good decorative order and exceptional service. One nice touch was being approached by Rob, the transfer driver between tube and hotel, when walking towards the hotel from the road. He approached, asked if we were going to the hotel and promptly took bags. Great added touch looking for lost Ariana Grande concert goers.
