Intercontinental Hotel Buckhead Review

Had dinner at the restaurant on the lobby level. While eating, a server dropped a tray of plates and glasses and a piece of glass shot into my eye.

I was visiting a guest and when I was on my way out leaving, security stopped me told me I was trespassing and then the police were involved. had to have the front desk call my friend and have him come down. I have never been so humiliated in my life. seriously intercontinental???

Lobby is nice, service is good, and location excellent. Not too thrilled with Double Beds in the room, but they are at least comfortable.

Said it's a 5 Star I'd say it's the lesser of the intercontinental not even close to the Boston location and the restaurant ignored a food allergy

DO NOT get the Odd Number Room!!! Facing the very busy LOUD Street! Unless you like the sound of loud motorcycle and cars driving by the entire night, than this is the room for you! Besides this problem, this hotel and guess rooms are lovely and the staffs are outstanding.

Been here a couple times and great experience both visits. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are clean and we'll appointed.

Great hotel! The room I was in was huge with a lot of space, and the service throughout the hotel was great. It all felt very luxurious and elegant. The pool was also very nice and great to relax by. Highly recommend!

I went here for a conference that I spoke at. It has restaurants at convenience store easy to spot from traffic easy to walk to the staff are all very nice. And a lovely place to be in.

Exceptional staff, well maintained and kept lobby, rooms and halls. My wife enjoyed the separate large soaking tub which is standard in all rooms.

An elegantly designed place, extremely attentive personnel. It makes you feel welcome and the facilities do not disappoint.

This hotel is rated a five star, but upon my arrival the customer service I received was not. They was really busy and it seem the valet overworked. We walked in a received our key with even being greeted, so we decided to park our car our self. Once inside the lobby is beautiful and everything you expect in a hotel this magnitude. We went to our room which was ok but had a beautiful view of the city. We went out to eat and return to our room, later that night we wanted to warm our food up and called the concierge to see about doing that. The answer was they could bring us up a $40 microwave, I was upset and very disappointed by this, even at a 3 star you can get your food warmed up or they provide a microwave for your use. I will not come to a place like this that put more in nickel and diming you instead of customer service. Ritz Carlton or the W it is were valet and concierge means customer service.

Great staff, great location, drinks and food were both great. Rooms spacious and clean. Valet was neat and professional.

Excellent service, rooms were very elegant, but comfortable at the same time. Excellent location with plenty of surrounding amenities.

Staff was helpful in directing me to my destination. No one was rude. During the event no random people bothered us at the event. Parking deck was very full, so it took extrw time to find a spot. The bathrooms and interior conference room and common area of the hotel were vwry clean. We were able to move freely in thw hotel without being questioned, or bothered. The staff were very professional.
