Outstanding service delivered by handpicked employees who all speak excellent English. I have been a manager in 5 star hotels most of my career and I was pleasantly surprised!

Wonderful hotel where the staff makes you feel happy you are there. Great workout room, pools and spa facilities. The food is also excellent. We enjoyed our stay ver much!

The beginning of the end....
Service undulating from courteous, almost perfect to underground but always endeavored. Johann Grill .... first try okay the price-performance ratio does not fit. The second shot went backwards. Food and service disaster. The bar in the evening at times without keeper. But very important always and everywhere even in the majority of influencers as far as the eye can see. A display less in front of the Alpine panorama, instead the view of the valley from the high board would do the ladies of the world also physically good. Then you do not have to stupid trainees at breakfast. Probably. The management here should have more QM instead of Insta on the screen. Oh Adlon, how I long for you ....

Far from the hustle and bustle - let your soul dangle: that was our corrected goal, we actually wanted to enjoy the Indian summer in Canada.

Great hygiene concept that is implemented in an exemplary manner by all Kempinski employees.

Breakfast and dinner are of exceptional quality. Unfortunately, the cakes in the bar are just delicious. Despite sport and hiking, I was unable to lose weight like this.



We let ourselves be pampered for a few days and will definitely come back here - maybe we will have better weather then.

Really bad services! Have waited more than 1 hour for 5 drinks and the dishes of the people sitting in front of us at the table they did not cleared! We were looking forward to the drinks but when it said that it takes even longer we are, since we were frozen by skiing gone! We are absolutely disappointed, because something in a five star hotel just not. There must be a decent service there and Mal goose apart from the prizes who are also under all cannon! Too bad

Nice hotel with an attentive team. However, the location is somewhat limited - driving is necessary. The design of the hotel can not always decide between modern and traditional - but that may be subjective.

Excellent hotel in the architecture of the new objectivity. Great comfort in the room, terrific view. Excellent breakfast (atmosphere suffers when Chinese tour groups "invade" the buffet), very good food in the restaurant "Johann Grill", friendly service. Great bar with excellent service. Spa area very spacious, nice indoor and outdoor pool. The only downer, that both the luggage pickup and the request for provision of the car were apparently forgotten and our departure was delayed by 40 (!!) minutes.

Very bad experience in Kempinski! No announcement in advance for scaffolding and still arrange a ugly and unsafely room to customer!

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, which fulfills every wish. Very nice atmosphere, quiet, private, very comfortable. Everything is very clean, of course the room but also all hallways, reception, restaurant. Very nice spa area with spacious sauna, swimming pool and outside pool. Would come back here anytime!

The service was fantastic, everything was aimed at relieving the stay in everything. The room was wonderful and extremely clean. The environment perfect.

Excellent service at a high level. Nice spa with indoor and outdoor pool. Restaurant with high quality food at reasonable prices. The hotel emails guests during their stay to ask if they have any requests. After my email answer, an employee appeared within 10 minutes and solved the problem. As an excuse, we even got a drink on the house. That is the best service orientation. We would love to come back.

Only stayed here for breakfast, very good service, great location, but breakfast for this price is below average. It's much better and cheaper at the Edelweiss in Berchtesgaden.

Fantastic hotel. Leaves nothing to be desired - recommendation!

We have been to the hotel several times this year over the weekend, the rooms are very nice and the view even in good weather. This time we come to the restaurant at 9:01 pm because we have a long journey and the lady in Red welcomed us very unfriendly and took us with her
it was thrown out of the restaurant after 9 p.m. !! My wife then asked again and was only annoyed with the answer that it is over at 9 p.m.
that was our last visit

I advise everyone to winter in sunny weather in the outdoor pool with his beloved. And then in the sauna and in a snowdrift. Breakfast is super. But cheaper and tastier to eat in the village.

Dinner in the restaurant Johann Grill was perfect. The starters a dream. The main courses lamb, deer and fish to the point. The desserts rounded off this great evening. Service extremely friendly and courteous.

The location is just breathtaking. Breakfast is very good too. During the Corona period, all employees there meticulously adhered to the mask requirement and hygiene regulations. (This is not a matter of course, since many waiters in restaurants, for example, only wear half their masks. Understandable, since it gets stuffy all day long. But at the Kempinski all the staff were always wearing masks, not half. That was very comforting for us.) Service was also great, the rooms were very clean, the restaurants were delicious.

The only thing that bothered us: at the restaurant PUR dinner only the menu was provided with prices. We were offered an aperitif on site and we paid around 20 euros per glass. We thought that was already included in the 125 euro menu. Prices should also be posted in gourmet restaurants. :)

Otherwise our stay was fantastic and I'm thinking of holding our next company event at your place.

The location is uniquely beautiful. Top quality food and service

The rooms are large and spacious, and the hotel has a variety of facilities to use, swimming pool, gym, spa. Outside the window is the nature of the prairie and the scenery of the canyon. It is super suitable for taking pictures and is the first choice for honeymoon travel. The waiter is very friendly to Asians. The dessert at dinner is very powerful, and it s amazing for everyone!

I was there as a guest at a wedding. Great event from the hotel, very delicious food and courteous, friendly staff of the house.

You know what to expect. It is very pleasant! And the staff are polite and courteous as one is used to from this house!
Anytime again if I should be in the area !!!

If 999 out of 1000 hotels have something to criticize - Congratulations: Here is the One Among the Thousand, where ALL is right! It is not better. Many thanks to a highly motivated team in all areas of a wonderful house!

We arrived here at 3.00, the counter told us our rooms are not ready yet. They told us to wait for ten minutes. But right now it s already 4.36 and we are still waiting in the lobby.

We ve told them we can take another room that is ready but they told us all the other rooms are not ready too.

They offered us 1 free drink and put us in the lobby for over 1 hour now(consider normal check in time is 3.30 and it s 4.39 now)

We surely AREN T anticipating this kind of situation since this is a 5 star hotel with such expensive price. Now we can t enjoy any facilities in this hotel, which we PAID FOR THEM. (We need to check out really early tomorrow so we can t go to the spa or the pool tomorrow.)

And now it s almost FIVE!!!! When can I check in to my room??

Gorgeous location. Travel got us to the hotel 3 hours early, staff invited us to breakfast and had an upgraded room ready in 30 minutes. Michelin chef, bartenders remember your drink preferences, first rate spa. This is IT!

Service in the restaurant and at the bar underground. Bathroom completely wrong construction, bathroom fittings broken, no desk, no socket for working on the notebook, TV clearly too small, ironing board defective and then the bed is opened at 6 p.m. and the curtains darken in summery 25 degrees. I am shocked.

Hello. Unfortunately, we could only leave this actually hospitable place from the underground garage. The exit gate could only be opened with the help of two employees.

Stayed 4 nights in this special house in a large room with a mountain view. As soon as we arrived we felt that we were being looked after more here. A warm warm welcome from the doormen. When entering the entrance area, one immediately notices the silence and the magnificent view over the open fireplace into the mountains. Wonderful! I was already looking forward to the fact that the fireplace was on in the evening ... Very competent and open employees of the hotel in traditional costumes at the reception! When we arrived in room (203), the suitcases were already there. The room is very bright and spacious. Lots of storage space, on the TV side there is a wonderful cream-colored wallpaper which, depending on the incidence of light, shone brightly with ornaments. Wide, very comfortable bed. Seat with 2 seater couch and armchair. The bathroom is dark in marble with a bathtub and a large glass rain shower. Well stocked with lots of soft hand and bath towels. In the hallway there are large built-in cupboards in which not only a bracket hangs.
We enjoyed dinner in the Johann Grill where breakfast is also served. The food was absolutely terrific and the meat of great quality. There was a painting on the plates. And especially the flavor components. Very romantic homely atmosphere and super nice staff. (I write the restaurant separately) For the breakfast buffet there was an integrated path over the edge of the kitchen due to the Corona time. At the entrance disinfectant dispenser and distance control. Very well solved! An employee stood at each station and draped the desired items on the plates. The guest did not come into contact with anything. And of course, no wish fell by the wayside. Outside this kitchen area there were freshly squeezed juices and healthy smoothies. The Prosecco was not missing either. Tables were very far from the nearest. ..and cappuccino and co. was brought to the table. Enjoyed every second with the magnificent view of nature and the fine goods from the region that were on our plates. We really appreciate it when eggs taste great and ham and sausages come from the respective local region! An extra thank you for that !! We appreciated the bar with an open log fire every evening. The crackling of the wood, soft music, a view of the overcast hills and mountains. There was absolutely nothing missing. A bartender convinced us with his gin knowledge. We were simply surprised with his recommendations. Tasted great.
This house is something very special. It exudes calm and great professionalism. Everyone gives their best here and with a pronounced cordiality. Nothing fake! Honesty is the motto here. The management can feel happy with such a team. A very special thank you from us. You took great care of us and made it difficult to leave after 4 nights. Nice that you are all here!

Meets every expectation ... again TOP service as every time.

Extremely poor elite treatment. They don't comply with the Discovery benefits. The room was physically nice but partly dysfunctional. The location is nothing special, there are much better hotels in the area regarding views and trails access. No free parking. I won't be back.

Wait for hours for check in, nobody know when and just tell me waiting

We stayed with the hotel for a week and enjoyed all facettes and services the hotel has to offer. All staff was attentive, friendly and welcoming. The bellmen, the front office staff and housekeeping did an excellent job. The breakfast buffet (adjusted to Corona times to a great course through the kitchen) was vast and delicious, the panoramic views from the room (terrace room), the spa and the restaurant were breathtaking. Spa and wellness facilities including the gym were beautiful, including a massage and a facial we enjoyed a lot.
The last evening was well spent in the PUR gourmet restaurant with the Chef Heimann personally serving the main course and handing out little farewell gifts in the end.
The activity concierge did a tremendous job recommending hiking trips, renting Mountain E-Bikes and making further arrangements.
Kudos to the entire team, the premises and location. We will be back
