They constantly close 15-30 mins early, rude customer service people, and the branch resemble something from a Third World nation
The customer service is terrible, I went with my wife to change an account, there were two representatives at the entrance, and they were trying to refuse to attend us by asking a lot of questions, at last Dan Williams attended us, what a bad-mannered man, he looked at us from up and down, and constantly watching the clock, and hurried us with his eyes. It is not the correct way to treat bank customers. The worst thing is that he finished the process super fast and registered my name wrong, I had to go back to an agency to correct everything. If you have to do some process never go to this agency
The teller was terrible this morning. I will never go back to that branch again.

This bank ALWAYS has a long line. The tellers are extremely slow and show no sense of urgency. They aren't the friendliest either. I come here twice a week to make business deposits and it is not a good experience..
If you are not going to pick up the phone during business hours, don't disclose your phone number on your website. I called at least 5 times.
This is the Chase Bank in Times Square and I took a couple pictures of the new signage we manufactured and just recently installed back in 2007
They took $485 from my debit card from another country and they don't want to do anything to help me to get my money back. Terrible and the worst customer service in the second floor, these people don't deserve to be paid at all, when they are not willing to help in anything to their customers.

I had to sign my lease and deposited my check from BOA to transfer the fund. The deposit was on hold by Chase back office and she explained to me why chase bank had to put it on hold. I was seriously considering to leave chase bank after having such a headache to deposit my own check but she helped me understand.
She involved her manager and got it resolved. I am very impressed with her customer service and she tries to help customers as much as she can.

I came in an hour before closing to open a safety deposit box and they made me wait 45 minutes before Liam made it clear they couldn't helo me because they "didn't have enough time." It's really disappointing when people trained to serve others have no respect for their clients time.

The teller services are fine, but if you're waiting to speak with a representative, the wait can be very slow, and customers are not taken in the order they arrived. It was an aggravating process, and I left after waiting for 15 minutes, having seen newly arrived people being helped before me.
Shady. To start, I had an issue with my online log in IMMEDIATELY after setting up an account. The username wasn't the one that I had registered with Micheal J Mikarius who apparently hasn't even set up his employee email as when I tried to contact him with it, it said IT DOESN'T EXIST. The password I had set up at his desk wasn't the password to my account and now I'm being told my address ISN'T EVEN ON MY ACCOUNT. I was hesitant to bank with chase bank and now I'm rethinking the decision entirely.
