The view is great, the place is beautiful but the service is wanting especially in the Arabesque restaurant(I was ignored and all the folks around me taken care of) my table didn't have cutlery and it was dirty That was the only flaw. Stayed there one night, McGettigans is has a cool vibe

Excellent value for money, lovely friendly staff (special mention of Namil who went put of his way to be super nice) and decently varied buffet. The olympic pool was sparkling clean and there's lots for kids to do. The rooms are clearly a bit old but comfortable. Overall a great stay and we will.definitely go back

Good place to stay. Kids enjoyed. But because of one thing I will put 1 star. Security. I don t really care if Tunisia football team will be in the hotel. It doesn t mean I and my family need to pass security scan even when we go out to Al Ain Mall. I understand first time when we Enter hotel it is fine. But why do I need to scan my baby stroller when I just go out to have fun in Al Ain Mall. I really hate it. We are living in the UAE. I thought that I arrive airport, not hotel. It was 5 star hotel though.

Amazing resort. We booked for suite and it was comfortable. The property is maintained very well. The breakfast was amazing but the restaurant size is a bit small compared to number of rooms. During weekends there is a rush in pool and restaurants. But the thing that I loved most is pool; its extremely beautiful and there is kids pool too so your little ones are going to love the stay there. And yes there is kids area with lot of play equipments.
The suite is very spacious and comfortable. And room was also neat and tidy. The staffs were extremely helpful.
Will recommend this resort . We loved the stay.

Service is good. All pleasant smiling faces. The room was good. Service was prompt. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection. There are two pools. One for kids. They have a good system of pool towels, so you don't have to bother about bringing the same from the room. Have a small playground for children. Overall nice place to stay and you would want to visit again.

Very beautiful interiors, garden and pool area.though not very congested but on weekends it seems very much over crowded and congested.beautiful views from the terrace and very yummy salads and foods in arabesque restaurant.services are slow and quite not very well trained.toilets are the worst part of it as the wcs and bath tubs are always full of water because of drainage problem or else.make you rather dirty than cleaning.perticularly it's horrible to use WC!

Very old hotel. Does not pull on 5 stars. Food offered for breakfast, no. All day, while cleaning rooms, do not lay down a towel. Have to call and ask. Two days in a row we came with a workout at 16.00, and the rooms were not cleaned. The bathroom does not work the magnifying glass lights. Three days in a row, please repair. And nothing has changed. Service could be better. Parking is free. Very comfortable.
