Hello . I strongly advise you not to use IMA. Following an accident abroad, my vehicle was immobilized for more than a month. My car was repatriated to France on September 2, 2020. Following the shock of the accident, the rear windows of my vehicle were broken, they have I didn't even bother to Cover the back of my vehicle. The day my vehicle arrived in France, I went to the Bmw garage for an inventory. I saw that there was water in the trunk of my car, the damaged bodywork, and a difference in mileage that proves they drove my vehicle for what I don't know. IMA does not want to admit his faults and accuses the BMW garage of having damaged my vehicle. While I have all the photos in evidence. Following my several reminders to the Consumer Service they no longer want to pick up the phone. Given their accusations, BMW no longer wants to take charge of my vehicle. Thank you IMA
